This was a lovely experience. The staff member kindly explained to me how renting uniform worked here and how to store my belongings. The uniforms are clean and highly maintained as well.

The rental process was very easy and straightforward. The set includes a top, bottom, sweater, and a tie, so it's definitely worth it! The jacket is only 5,000 won, so you can add it for a more tailored style. There are many different styles to choose from and a wide variety of colors available. You can wear the uniform from 9 AM to 9 PM, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy your day without the stress of the rental period being too short or ending too early. The shop outside Lotte World is actually very close, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the entrance.

We had so much fun picking out our uniforms to wear to Lotte World. Their store is a 10-15min walk from Lotte World but we found it quite easily. They had a good variety of uniforms to choose from. All very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly.

All staff were helpful and will give you detailed instructions on what to do, especially if it's your first time renting a uniform. It is quite a walk to get to Lotte World.

Everything is good, staffs were helpful able to speak simple English, but they missed out the most important basic information, the store's name and how to go there , not just the address only which Google maps could not navigate...only NAVER map will work. Take note :store name is GAMSUNG GYOBOK Main Branch, not the one beside Lotte World entrance gate (Wild Gate) when you get out of Jamsil subway station in the basement, those are pop up stores without prior reservation. You must go to the store which is located outside, behind the lake (outdoor theme park), about 10 minutes walk. Go to exit 3, walk straight towards the Lotte World Big Logo, find the way until you see on the right hand side the lake, at the intersection turn right you will find the building, they are at 4th Floor. The location is good, and the clothes are also very exquisite.

I was about 30 minutes late for my reservation, but I was able to enter without any issues. It was great that there was guidance in Japanese and a wide selection of uniforms to choose from. The coin lockers require 1000 won, and the money is not returned. There's a main branch and a Lotte World branch; I chose the main branch, but since I had to take a taxi from the shop to Lotte World, I thought it might have been better to choose the Lotte World branch and only take one taxi ride.
