Everything is good, staffs were helpful able to speak simple English, but they missed out the most important basic information, the store's name and how to go there , not just the address only which Google maps could not navigate...only NAVER map will work. Take note :store name is GAMSUNG GYOBOK Main Branch, not the one beside Lotte World entrance gate (Wild Gate) when you get out of Jamsil subway station in the basement, those are pop up stores without prior reservation. You must go to the store which is located outside, behind the lake (outdoor theme park), about 10 minutes walk. Go to exit 3, walk straight towards the Lotte World Big Logo, find the way until you see on the right hand side the lake, at the intersection turn right you will find the building, they are at 4th Floor. They have so many designs and different sizes to choose from. You might spend an hour there without even realizing it.

The place was easy to find. They had a guidance video that I watched, so I already knew the process. The staff didn't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem. I put my bag in the temporary locker, went to the front desk, showed my voucher, and gave them my ID card to hold until I returned at the end of the day. I was shown the additional clothes I could rent, buy, or pay for (socks of different lengths, safety shorts, a blazer, etc.). I went to choose an outfit and mixed and matched shirts and skirts. I picked my outfit and went to change. I had to try a different sized shirt, so I went to get it, and after I was done, I put my own clothes into the reusable bag they provided. I had to wear my own top under the shirt because my bra was visible, and I didn't want it to be seen that easily. I left the hangers and clothes on the black hanger rack. I went to the front desk and checked what I had taken, and I decided to buy safety shorts as well since the skirt felt very short. I was offered a locker on the floor below to pay for, but I declined since I had a big bag with me and I just put my clothes with the reusable bag into my own bag. When I went to return the outfit, they told me to change clothes and come back. I did all that and went to return the clothes. I got my ID card back and I was free to go.

The school uniform styles are quite nice, in good condition, with many choices. Adding extra items isn't expensive, and renting for a whole day is very good value. good

It seems there's a branch with the same name, so don't go to the wrong one! You need to walk a bit, but it's not too far.

I was about 30 minutes late for my reservation, but I was able to enter without any issues. It was great that there was guidance in Japanese and a wide selection of uniforms to choose from. The coin lockers require 1000 won, and the money is not returned. There's a main branch and a Lotte World branch; I chose the main branch, but since I had to take a taxi from the shop to Lotte World, I thought it might have been better to choose the Lotte World branch and only take one taxi ride.

There are plenty of clothes available, with a wide range of sizing. The clothes are very pretty and new. The facility looks clean, new, and modern. It's a 15-minute walk from the station, but that's fine for me. The staff were super cute. Headbands are also included in the basic set.

The overall process was smooth. You will be the one to choose the outfit. There are additional charges if you also availed of other items such as a jacket, which is a must for cold weather. You will be required to return the items as they will keep your passport while you are renting the uniform.
