Hiro no The Venetian Macau

Upon entering the restaurant, we received a warm welcome. After learning we had purchased through Klook, they proactively presented the set menu. The food was incredibly fresh, and each dish was introduced with enthusiasm. The presentation was exquisite, and the portions were generous. When we reached the fifth course and they noticed we were slowing down, they thoughtfully offered to let us rest for 10 minutes before serving the remaining dishes, which was very considerate. The restaurant environment was extremely comfortable, and the food was beautifully presented.

I really love Joyful Japanese Cuisine restaurant; every dining experience there is enjoyable. As I've gotten older, I prefer spending money on high-quality set meals over buffets. The first plate of sashimi was already astonishing.

Overall, the experience was good, although the price was a bit high. The dishes were okay. The biggest surprise was the beautiful dessert, the handmade candy was delicious, and the green tea chocolate sesame soup is worth a try.

What's most commendable about Hee Lok is their service; the staff are truly attentive and sharp, with a very pleasant attitude. The food quality is excellent, and we ate until we were very full! The only minor issue was that they weren't aware I had booked a set meal through Klook, and after we were seated, they still asked us what we wanted to order.😅

The food variety was extensive and fresh, and the portions were very generous. However, upon being seated, the staff informed us that we should have specified we were having a set meal when booking online. This was not mentioned on the Klook booking page, but fortunately, the restaurant manager promptly resolved it for us. Overall, it was a very good experience.

It tastes great, and I'm so full. Even with a small appetite, you can't finish it all. It's excellent value for money.

The food is delicious and affordable, and you get a lot for your money. However, the booth seating is quite cramped.

Highly recommend this place, valuable sets for two people, a nice combination of Japanese food and the food quality was exceptional. Can’t get this kind of price in HK for this kind of food. And service was really attentive as well.

The voucher is great value, allowing multiple visits. The food is delicious and the ingredients are high quality. It's very filling and luxurious. It's perfect for bringing your girlfriend here to eat.
