Worth every cent after flight and waiting for transit.. Well appointed shower room with fresh towels. hard working attendants maintaining cleamliness. separate area for hair/makeup check. buffet toasties & drinks fresh cook station.

Great place to relax after a flight. It is cooler in the evening but the variety of cold drinks and warm food choices makes the experience enjoyable.

The location was difficult to find, and I had to ask several staff members for directions. It took asking two staff members to finally get there. After completing passport checks and photo taking, there's an electronic display board on the upper left side. It shows directions to the lounge, which might make you want to take the escalator on the left, but it's not there. Do not take that escalator. First, go to the right and look for Burberry. There's an escalator going up just to the left, across the aisle from Burberry. It's quite inconspicuous and hard to spot. Go up that escalator and take the left passage, and you'll find the Ambassador Hotel. I know you're probably exhausted from your travels, so I hope this helps you find the Ambassador Hotel smoothly. The facilities were very clean, and the food was delicious. Drinks were also all-you-can-drink. I had Tiger Beer. Alcohol is free for up to four glasses. Other non-alcoholic drinks were also all-you-can-drink, so I could enjoy matcha lattes and coffee, which was very relaxing. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but being able to wash off the sweat there was great for relaxing before the next flight. There wasn't a booth to lie down and sleep, so everyone was relaxing in chairs with their feet up. It gets quite cold, so be sure to bring something to wear over your clothes. The air conditioning was on full blast, so my Uniqlo Ultra Light Down jacket was just right. I bought souvenirs and spent some time there. The price and location were also excellent. The handsome, older male staff member was incredibly kind, gentle, and thoughtful, which I really appreciated. There are two hair dryers; the one on the right only blows cold air. The one on the left also blew warm air.

This transit lounge has exceeded my expectations. It makes your travel experience easy and, more importantly, enjoyable! It has easy access, good food, and immaculate customer service. Would recommend :).

Friendly staff, good food, comfy seating, clean bathroom, nice shower. Location is a little bit awkward, it's on a level you can only access one way.
