El conductor llegó puntual y fue muy atento con nosotros. Nos fue informando sobre los alrededores durante el trayecto y nos explicó muy bien los mercados y el puerto antes de que emprendiéramos el viaje al llegar al destino. El pueblo es perfecto para una escapada del ruido de la ciudad y bueno para relajarse. Consejo: intenta encontrar el otro extremo de la playa pasando por el mercado. Está más limpio y menos concurrido. Lo encontramos por casualidad.

Hello, the trip was only for transportation. There was very good communication with the agency that contracts it, but the driver does not speak Spanish.

Traveling by bus from Marrakech to Essaouira was smooth and reassuring for tourists. We had several opportunities to stop at parking areas, which was helpful for breaks and shopping. I thought the response time could be improved, as communication after booking only came through just before the meeting time on the day of travel.

Due to a mix-up with the departure meeting point, I gave up on joining the tour and returned to the hotel. After contacting them, I was able to meet the group at a different location. We departed for Essaouira an hour late. The guide only grumbled a little, and after that, he attended to us with a smile and great care. Thanks to him, I had a wonderful and memorable sightseeing experience in Essaouira. I'm also grateful to the other tour participants who, despite the delayed departure, treated me warmly. And I'm truly sorry!!

Good, the itinerary was satisfactory, order confirmation was prompt, and the driver's pick-up and drop-off arrangements were timely. There were 15-minute breaks for rest and shopping (nut oil products, prices were much higher than supermarkets and the Unsleeping Square, whether the quality is better is yet to be known).

The tour was conducted with myself and four other people. The plan included a short visit to see argan oil being made. I've forgotten the driver's name, but he was very considerate and a good person, which was great. We had about four hours of free time in the port town of Essaouira, which I think was a perfect amount of time. The one-way trip took about two hours, and we had a 15-minute restroom break. There wasn't anything else included, but for this price, I was completely satisfied. In fact, it was excellent value for money.

Un chauffeur m'a pris en charge à l'hôtel, puis il m'a déposé dans une ruelle sans rien dire. Il y avait des gens et personne ne me disait ce qui se passait. Après environ 10 minutes, une personne m'a dit d'aller à cette camionnette. C'était super bizarre. Mais Essaouira était agréable, nous y sommes restés environ 4 heures.

The driver picked us up punctually before 9 AM, and we arrived in the city at 6:30 PM. You can choose to be dropped off back at your hotel or at a city attraction. The itinerary was to first go to Picture 1 for coffee, food, and a rest. The restroom at Picture 1 is quite expensive at 10 dirhams (1 Euro). Then, we went to the shopping spot in Picture 2 to buy argan oil. We arrived in Essaouira at 12 PM, with 3.5 hours of free time. The car was a spacious and comfortable 9-seater. Our group that day consisted of 5 people, plus the driver and guide, making a total of 7 people. The service was very good.
