Why 3 star? 1.Pick up was late we waited 20 mins at hotel entrance. 2. Missed Saadian Tombs and Dar El Bacha Museum.3. Mini van didn't turn on air conditioning on the way back to the hotel. It was really hot after walking around for a couple of hours. Tour end at 1 a.m. Most of the time was quick walk thru souks and those shop that selling argan products. It was 16,000 steps by the time we're dropped off at the hotel. The two main attractions gave 10-20 mins for walk and take some pictures. The guide is fluently in English, Spanish, French and Italian. Our group of 10 people total had use this all transaction service. We tip him 100 MAD for this. Paid 150 MAD each for the entrance fee on site that was not including. Couple people went to ATM coz they didn't prepare enough cash. I think, souks we should go our own. There's no time to shop at all. At the square,, there were hundreds of shops we mini marathon passed them and I wish I could stop and shop. Oh well. This is the first time I gave 3 star since I use Klook before Covid-19. Hope our 3 days 2 nights package that booked the day after tomorrow is back to 5 star again. Knock Knock

L'activité était super, surtout les sites touristiques que nous avons explorés. Le chauffeur était très poli et Akeem, le guide touristique, était très professionnel et connaissait bien l'histoire et la culture de Marrakech. Il a également été assez généreux pour offrir son billet d'entrée gratuitement à l'un des autres touristes afin que cette personne puisse entrer dans le jardin secret. La seule chose que nous n'avons pas faite était de déjeuner. Je suggérerais de prévoir du temps pour le déjeuner, même juste pour 30 à 45 minutes, car une visite de 9h à 15h serait encore une longue journée. Dans l'ensemble, c'était fortement recommandé.

The guide was very energetic. We had limited time; it stated the tour was until 3 PM, but we finished before 1 PM.

I think you could save more money if you just go by yourself during a less crowded time. Most of the tourist spots we visited were filled with tourists, so you won't be able to enjoy it, and it's even difficult to take photos.

I think we were scammed here. We were taken to the market and forced to buy things from shops... the itinerary wasn't followed. It wasn't worth it. We wish we had just done it ourselves!
