The tour guide's explanations were engaging, and they were very careful and thorough in reminding passengers when to disembark and guiding them through activities. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, and the guide was humorous. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

The moment you open your eyes and see the Grand Canyon, everything feels worth it. The driver was already waiting at the designated spot early in the morning, and breakfast was simple and relaxed. There were introductions along the way. Even with ample time, it wouldn't be enough because the scenery is truly, truly beautiful. Plus, the small car was very comfortable, and time management was good. P.S. Personally, I really think taking a helicopter has its advantages, but with limited time, it might cut into opportunities to see other beautiful sights.

The tour guide, Chris, was great - friendly and helpful. However, several issues detracted from the tour's enjoyment. First, the windows lacked tinting or shade. The intense sun made for a hot and uncomfortable journey, especially considering it was already scorching outside. The luxury van felt far from luxurious without proper air conditioning, making the interior stuffy. Additionally, the seats were small and uncomfortable, offering little legroom. To top it off, there weren't any hooks to hang our belongings. Second, the itinerary felt rushed. We didn't have enough time to truly appreciate all the listed stops. Lunch was particularly short, leaving some of us unable to finish our meals. The tight schedule even forced us to skip Guano Point entirely as we rushed to catch the 12 pm helicopter ride. Things took a turn for the worse when the van experienced mechanical problems. Fellow travelers reported a broken radiator, which began at Eagle Point. The van broke down several times throughout the trip, including once on the freeway under the scorching 43-degree Celsius sun, about 15 minutes from the Hoover Dam. At the final stop at the Hoover Dam, we had to wait for a different van to take us back to Las Vegas. As a direct result of this experience, both my husband and I suffered heatstroke that night, experiencing fever and headaches. Given these issues, we believe a full refund for this trip is warranted.

Breakfast was okay with all-you-can-eat bread, instant noodles, coffee, and juice. The roast beef sandwich ordered for lunch was terrible. The itinerary did not follow the scheduled order, and the car seats were not as comfortable as expected.

It's incredibly convenient to have a Mercedes-Benz SUV pick you up directly at the hotel entrance. The Grand Canyon scenery and the Skywalk are definitely worth seeing! Overall, it was well worth the money!

We booked the West Rim Luxury Tour + Helicopter + Pontoon + Skywalk option but were placed in a group who mainly booked only the West Rim Luxury Tour. The issue was that our driver, Ken, gave the same 3.5-hour duration to all of us, even though we had three more itinerary items to complete. I informed him that this was not sufficient, but he did not want to change the meeting time and said he would wait for us. So, we started queuing/waiting for a long time for the helicopter + Pontoon ride at 10:30 AM and only managed to complete it by 1:00 PM. This meant my group only had an hour to tour the West Rim + Skywalk, while the rest of the group had 3.5 hours to enjoy the West Rim. Needless to say, we had to rush through, and despite skipping almost half of the West Rim destination points, we were still an hour late. The rest of the group was unhappy with us for being late and wanted to leave without us when we returned to the meeting point. And we were angry that we were not given sufficient time to finish our tour despite paying a premium for it. It was a really frustrating experience for us and ruined the trip. I would not recommend this as you don't get what you paid for. However, the Helicopter + Pontoon ride and the Grand Canyon view were excellent.
