Extremely convenient! Since our flight back home was late at night, after dropping off our luggage at the counter, someone came to pick it up at the agreed-upon time. This allowed us to comfortably shop hands-free at Chatuchak on our last day – highly recommended! The only thing to note is that when picking up luggage at the airport, the location can be a bit hard to find. I suggest allowing extra time and printing out a photo of the counter; it will be much easier when asking for directions at the airport.

Super convenient service! Since I was leaving in the evening, after checking out of the hotel in the morning, I didn't want to go back for my luggage or carry it around. Using this service solved the problem! I could even go to the airport with ease! Moreover, this company followed up very well, constantly sending emails to inform me what to do and the status of my luggage, which allowed me to continue my last day's itinerary with peace of mind! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this if you want to eat a million dumplings!!! I had to wait for my luggage at the carousel, but I waited for 30 minutes outside a dusty, dirty gate. I needed to communicate with them via email, but it was frustrating. At an unfamiliar airport, full of exhaust fumes outside, I didn't know why my luggage was late, and the driver kept saying he had already arrived and to send him pictures, but even after sending pictures, he said the same thing. The fare wasn't cheap, but the service was terrible. Frustrating, hopeless. Don't use it 🥰

I ended up checking out on time, and the driver was already waiting in the lobby! So I didn't have to fill out any forms. As soon as I arrived at the other hotel, they contacted me by email, and when I called the hotel, they said my luggage had arrived safely! At first, I was told I had to be present to receive my suitcase, so I moved my schedule up, but it turned out I didn't need to be there and could pick it up at check-in, which made my trip so much more relaxed and enjoyable! Oh, and I was touched that my suitcase was wrapped in plastic when I received it.

This was my first time using the airport luggage delivery service. After purchasing through Klook, the operator sent a confirmation email to my address, asking me to confirm and reply, and informed me that the meeting point would be "Gate 5 at the Immigration area" of Don Mueang Airport. I had misspelled my name, which led to me being unable to find the driver. I urgently emailed the operator about this issue, and fortunately, it was resolved quickly. My luggage was also safely delivered to the hotel.

However, regarding finding the luggage, it's in the airport basement. You sent a map, but it was hard to figure out the exact location, so I wandered for about 40 minutes. I showed photos to airport staff, but since Bellug is on the 4th floor, 2nd floor, and basement, I went to all of them and ended up circling that huge airport. It would be better if you could send a more detailed written description of the location!

I used this service because it was inconvenient to leave my luggage at a hotel, sightsee, go back to the hotel to pick up my luggage, and then move to another hotel while traveling in Bangkok. I used it at a low price with a 1+1 promotion. I was a little worried, but it was great that my luggage was moved so conveniently. I was worried about exchanging emails in English, but the replies came quickly, which was good. I also applied for the day I go to the airport, and I think I'll be able to receive it well...^^
