I will summarize my booking in two segments: the booking experience with Klook and the on-site user experience. Booking Experience with Klook: It was completely hassle-free and easy. I received instant confirmation and a digital copy of the entry ticket via email immediately. Initially, I had some doubts and thoughts about this booking because I wasn't sure what to expect with the few reviews available. On-site Experience: Awesome. Nissan Stadium is easy to find and navigate, accessible by local train. As I started my journey to the stadium, I was worried that we might get lost or not find the place. But in the end, we met up with Marinos Supporters and kind of followed behind them (locals know how to get around and won't lead you astray). We alighted at Kozukue Station and took a short walk to the stadium. Once you reach the stadium (west entrance), turn left and you will see the ticketing booth. You just need to show your booking, and you will receive a goodie bag with drinks (soft drinks or beer), a T-shirt, a handkerchief, and a pouch (items might change; I'm not sure if you will still receive the same things by then). The staff/volunteers there are very friendly and can understand English, which is very good. At the end of the day, just walk up to your assigned seat and enjoy the game!

To enter and collect physical tickets and gift bags, which include a cheering jersey, a Yokohama towel, and a free drink voucher. The redemption point is at the West Gate, where there is a Klook dedicated counter. The staff were very polite and helpful; we couldn't find the redemption point, and a staff member led us there. The atmosphere was lively, with songs and gongs from both home and away team supporters echoing throughout. The seating was also good. We would participate again; it is highly recommended.

Watching a Japanese baseball game is a joy. The Yokohama F. Marinos' home stadium, Nissan Stadium, has comfortable seating and convenient transportation. The main stadium offers excellent sightlines. In addition to main-level tickets, there are also support jerseys, gifts, towels, and drinks available. The home fans create a great atmosphere; they are polite yet passionate! It's definitely worth another visit...

The football match was exciting and fast-paced, with excellent viewing positions, and the cheerleaders on the field added to the atmosphere. The package includes a home team jersey, drinks, and home team souvenirs, offering great value for money. 👍👍👍

The staff didn't speak much English, and we went to the wrong location, but luckily, a kind security guard helped us. He took us to the ticket counter, and we're really grateful for his help. Although the match was a draw, the atmosphere was excellent, and the staff were polite. It's definitely worth seeing.

The redemption location is convenient and easy to understand, the staff communicate in English, the location is excellent, it's great value for money, and experiencing the live atmosphere of a football match in Japan is what truly makes a trip to Japan.
