Although we were much later than scheduled and couldn't use the fast track, our guide thankfully waited for over thirty minutes, so we didn't have to waste our tickets! Many thanks to our guide for kindly waiting so long!

The tour guide is professional. It's not easy to exchange tickets. There's a very long queue and you have to wait for more than 1 hour to go to the top.

We had a drink for just 30 minutes at the Le Mars Champ Cafe. However, my friend lost her card right after our coffee was served. Be extra careful. It was drizzling when we waited for the guide. She printed all the tickets and distributed them once she arrived. She will identify herself, she brought us to the fast line, you will need to go through 2 security checks. Quite messy and hectic. Other than these, she will explain a little about the history of the Eiffel Tower, which you could get the info on Wikipedia. Keep the tickets well.

We were not allowed at the top despite having a ticket to the top.

The meeting point is a bit far from the Eiffel Tower. Guests were asked to arrive early at the meeting point, but the guide himself arrived after 18:00. The guide had no clear identification, and if you didn't proactively ask, you would definitely miss the chance to redeem your ticket.

The experience was quite unpleasant. We arrived ten minutes late due to maintenance on the nearest Metro, and the agent declined to provide us with tickets. Additionally, the customer service from Klook was very disappointing; they didn't even give us the agent's phone number. I strongly advise against booking Eiffel Tower tickets through Klook. Not recommend at all.
