Very good experience. Kudos to all the crew members who were friendly, helpful and their wonderful services. Eyeing every guests needs and queries without grumbling. Strongly recommend to all, but not everyone's experience would be the same. Bravo!

If you're looking for a sunset tour in the future, definitely avoid booking this one that costs over a thousand NTD and claims to include snacks. There's absolutely no food, only drinks, which they'll let you drink until 8 PM. After you complain, they'll only refund you 10 MYR per person and then ignore you. Other people on the boat who booked different sunset cruises were assigned to the same boat, paid around six or seven hundred NTD, and got to enjoy the same slide and share everything with you. I hope no one else is foolish enough to book this deceptive tour that costs over a thousand NTD. The snacks and food shown in the photos are a lie. Furthermore, the tour description also stated that it included one banana boat ride per person, but on the day, the crew had no idea about the order details and even tried to charge extra. Luckily, I managed to show them the itinerary by translating Chinese to Malay, and it was a struggle to get the money back. It's truly a rip-off with false advertising.
