Grand Canyon West: Tour de Helicóptero Grand Celebration

The pre-trip notification was very clear. At the end of September, I chose the 7 AM flight with a shuttle bus, which picked me up around 5:30 AM. The weather was very comfortable; it was a bit cool in the morning, so I wore a short-sleeved shirt with a light jacket. As we were leaving, the plane gradually started to get warm, especially the window seats. The smaller the bag, the better; I only brought my ID, phone, and room key. Water was provided with the picnic meal. I took motion sickness medication before departure just in case. The shuttle bus returned to the hotel around 9:30 AM, so the entire trip was about 4 hours, which perfectly matched the pre-trip notification.

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable tour thanks to Josh's guidance. It was wonderful to learn so much about the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas, and to meet such a warm pilot. The tour itinerary involves a little over an hour of helicopter travel, followed by about 30 minutes at the Grand Canyon.

Tucker was a fantastic guide, pilot, professional photographer and waiter! The experience of landing in the Grand Canyon and enjoying a champagne picnic (with barely another person in sight) was unforgettable and a true once-in-a-lifetime experience!

I had a wonderful 4-hour flying experience. It was totally worth the amount paid, and it was easy to redeem.

I was worried because it was my first helicopter tour, but the helicopter was more comfortable than I expected, and the round trip was a continuous series of surprises. The champagne I drank during the short break was truly the best.

The tour experience was quite short, only 90 minutes, and cost over 14,000 per person. I really feel the value for money is extremely low. We flew to a single spot, landed, hastily drank a glass of champagne and had a few biscuits, then immediately took the helicopter back. I thought we would visit other locations, but it turned out the entire trip was only an hour and a half. This is my third time flying directly to the Grand Canyon, but it was the most disappointing. Moreover, the meeting time was surprisingly early at 6:15 AM.

The trip was perfect and highly recommended! I have been to the Grand Canyon before, but the view from the sky is totally different. The pilot explained about the spots as we flew through, and the experience was definitely one of the highlights of my visit to Vegas. 😍😍😍 The view is just stunning, and I couldn't take my eyes away from the window. I chose the 5:30 PM slot and also got a chance to see the sunset + city night view, which was definitely a plus to the whole journey. 😌🤩 (You have the option to upgrade to the front seat, where you get the same view as the pilot. I recommend you do so because the view angle is impressive – luckily, I got a free upgrade, but I think I will still pay for the upgrade next time 🤪)

An amazing experience! The Grand Canyon is truly breathtaking. Our flight was smooth, the pilot exceptionally skilled, and pickup/drop-off ran perfectly on schedule. Although it’s a bit pricey, it’s absolutely worth it for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

The pre-arranged time was a bit unfortunate as we couldn't reserve front seats in advance. It was a very special experience, delving deep into the Grand Canyon to admire a different kind of scenery.
