The service and resolution to the issue have been great. However, there was a longer wait in the chat, which could be due to volume. The consultant was reasonably helpful.
Il faut environ une heure pour le trajet. Nous y sommes allés vers 18h et il faisait assez chaud en été. Il y avait un guide vocal pour les vues afin de ne pas manquer les bâtiments emblématiques de Paris !
The scenery during the Seine River cruise is incredibly beautiful, with many famous landmarks visible along the banks, making it well worth a visit. However, the cruise company offers absolutely no service. For the champagne cruise, you simply pick up a bottle of champagne before boarding and then open and drink it yourself once on board. There's zero service. I recommend just taking the regular cruise.
This was not the experience expected, Champagne was not served, and the boat was like a general large boat. No hospitality or food counter like shown in the experience.
