The bus that was supposed to pick us up left without us because we were at the wrong spot. We should have been in front of the hotel, but we were at the back! Luckily, the owner was considerate enough to honor our booking anyway. Since we were in the Susukino area—only 30 minutes away—we took a taxi to get there. The package was expensive, but the experience was priceless.

The snowmobile experience in Sapporo was pure winter fun! Riding through wide snow fields surrounded by stunning white scenery was thrilling yet beginner-friendly. The guides were clear and supportive, making it safe and enjoyable even for first-timers. A must-try winter activity in Hokkaido—exciting, well-organized, and unforgettable.

素晴らしい体験でした。ガイドのなつきさん（女性ガイド）のおかげで、たくさんの鹿を見ることができてとても幸運でした🥰。旅行中ずっと親切にしてくれたなつきさん、本当にありがとう🙏🏻。ちなみに、彼女は雪だるまの子供を作ってくれました。なんて優しいんでしょう☺️

The bus for pick-up is on time and comfortable. Upon arrival at the snowmobile park, they will check your registration and provide a winter jacket, pants, shoes, helmet, and gloves. An instructor will conduct a briefing, and each instructor will guide about 4 people, which is a good ratio, ensuring our safety. They will make two stops for photo opportunities. Overall, it's a really fun and great experience! It's a good activity for those who can't ski or are afraid to try skiing, like me, to enjoy snowmobiling! The picture with two riders is just for taking photos; we each need to ride our own snowmobile.🤣

The experience was okay, but the restrooms smelled really bad, and the snowmobile felt old, like it was going to break soon. The smell of gas was also quite suffocating. However, the staff were kind and friendly. I also noticed the experience was quite short.

Cosas a tener en cuenta: Usa ropa abrigada – ¡Hace mucho frío, especialmente al conducir a altas velocidades! 🧤🧣 La duración depende del paquete – Elige un recorrido más largo para una experiencia más emocionante. En general, ¡esta fue una aventura inolvidable con paisajes impresionantes y una descarga de adrenalina! Muy recomendable para cualquiera que visite Sapporo en invierno. 🚀🏔️

A very worthwhile snowmobile experience! Although I initially didn't receive a confirmation email due to some technical issues, thankfully, Klook customer service helped me in the end, and the itinerary was finally confirmed. On the day, one instructor led four snowmobiles. We practiced skills on flat ground first, and once we quickly mastered them, the instructor took us up the mountain. Along the way, they helped us take photos, and we stopped twice for breaks. It was an afternoon session, and in Hokkaido in December, the sun starts to set and it gets dark around 4 PM, so the later photos were a bit darker. If I were to choose again, I'd pick a morning session. Finally, the instructor also helped us take videos. A small suggestion: it would be even better if we could switch the order of the snowmobiles when we stop midway!

We absolutely loved snowmobiling with Wonderland Sapporo! There were 10 of us: 6 men and 4 women. We did the 1-hour snowmobile tour and all rode individually. Transportation and check-in were smooth — they provided us all with snow bibs, gloves, helmets, boots, and extra coats to go on top of what we were already wearing. I would recommend coming with a thin pair of gloves already on as the cold without two pairs was giving my hands cramps when I rode without both on the way back. Our guides were super fun and attentive and we got great pictures! 1000/10 recommend

We booked this adventure just a few days before the activity date as the other tour we had booked since January could not be confirmed even one week before the activity date. We weren’t disappointed at all as this adventure was way beyond our expectations. Our guide/trainer, Yoichi san, was incredibly friendly and helpful as the snowmobile ride was broken up into small groups and there were only two of us. The BBQ lunch after the ride was another highlight to dine in a hut and digging into free flow of meat for an hour. Overall, we were simply glad we found and booked this adventure. Highly recommended.
