At first I was disappointed because it said upon completion of booking in the Klook app that our hotel was available for door-to-door pickup, but the final email instruction was to pick up at the nearest available location from our hotel. However, I really enjoyed the tour; the bus driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable, the bus was very comfortable, and the time given to us was sufficient to roam around every stop and take pictures. It was worth every penny paid. My favorite part was the end of the tour – instead of taking us to our pickup hotel, the driver dropped us off at the end of the cruise and gave us money to pay for the cruise fare, allowing us to see the majestic view of the Darling Bridge and Opera House.

Barry was the driver and also the guide, sharing information about Australia and the Blue Mountains. The itinerary was tight, but we managed to rush through all three rides in the Blue Mountains and had a good view at Echo Point. The "cruise" was actually a public ferry ride, so it's not a must-do. It was a nice trip, though on the pricey side. Still recommended.

Este paquete turístico valió mucho la pena. Sin complicaciones, ya que hay recogida en el hotel. Nuestro conductor, Huxley, fue entusiasta y entretenido durante todo el recorrido. Sus conocimientos sobre la cultura local añadieron profundidad a nuestra visita, haciéndola más memorable. Agradecemos mucho sus recomendaciones, que mejoraron nuestra experiencia. Los destinos eran impresionantemente hermosos. Nos divertimos mucho con los encuentros con la vida silvestre en el Featherdale Wildlife Park. ¡La experiencia general fue un 10/10! (Recomiendo encarecidamente que pasen 3 horas en el Blue Mountain Scenic World y almuercen allí, ¡la hamburguesa del minero de carbón fue la mejor!)

Valeu super a pena e a vista era incrível! O passeio foi bem planejado e nos divertimos muito. Tivemos tempo suficiente no Scenic World para explorar e foi ótimo. A única decepção foi a balsa, pois não parecia realmente necessária, mas proporcionou ótimas vistas de Sydney à noite.

My favorite moment on this tour is when I finally get to meet kangaroos and koalas. The second is when I visit Scenic World. I love the “Steepest Railway” and it gives me a thrill. I felt happiness raging inside me (at least, I was the only one who felt happy; Mom didn't, it's not for everyone though). Thank you!!!

Great day tour. The tour is conducted in such a way that there is one driver who also acts as a guide, but not a tour guide, as he doesn't accompany you at each destination. He explains the destination and provides general interesting facts about Sydney as he drives you from point to point. The particular driver/guide I had was a young man who was very humorous and kind. He patiently waits for late arrivals at each destination and fills the void with humor for those who have already arrived and are also waiting. He makes sure to communicate with other drivers about his late participants so that they can help direct them to the correct bus or location if they come across them. He also takes us to an additional location for a quick visit if we have some allowance in time. Overall, a very pleasant guide, making the trip very comfortable. Each location was also allocated enough time (in my opinion) to walk, take photos, and have lunch or a snack. However, if you would like to shop around in the small village, time might be tight. I only had time for a quick lunch and photo taking, definitely not much time for shopping and browsing the cute little shops. I also chose this particular tour among the others because we go to Featherdale Park instead of the zoo. It seemed much easier to interact with the various animals compared to the zoo. Booking wise: Through Klook, although the process was smooth, the details are somewhat messy. If anyone is confused about how there are three different timings mentioned throughout the booking process, just follow the pick-up time you selected for your pick-up location on the next page. The driver/guide will be punctual with that timing. Definitely arrive earlier to monitor the pick-up location. (There was a pick-up location that had some sort of group tour buses lined outside with many staff moving around, and our driver had to park the bus in the second lane and walked past the buses and many staff loading up baggage to go onto the pavement to look for the tour participants)

Guide Jet was amazing and informative. Lunch at Leura was short, we had to rush. The mountain views were spectacular. The rides at Scenic World were great. We had fun at Featherdale Zoo, interacting with the animals.

Escogí este tour de las Montañas Azules por la combinación de autobús y ferry. El tiempo en cada parada fue el justo. Jed fue un guía divertido, entretenido y con mucho conocimiento. Ojalá todos los guías fueran como él. Es un tour bien organizado y eficiente.

Max was an amazing guide, filling the journey with his humour and knowledgeable explanations. Enjoyed the itinerary, starting with a tour of Featherdale Wildlife Reserve, visiting a nice little village before heading up to the Blue Mountains. The only upset was the really long drive to the ferry terminal, which was unexpected. I thought the ferry ride was straight from the Blue Mountains. Nonetheless, it was a beautiful ferry cruise.
