5/6 에 부모님 모시고 이용 후 후기 남깁니다. 공원에서 집합 후 이동하여 배를 타고 한 시간 반 정도 크루즈 투어를 했습니다. 오디오를 틀고 안내를 할 수도 있겠지만 가이드님이 직접 안내를 하셔서 성의가 보였구요. 중간중간 간식 나눠주셔서 입이 심심하지 않았습니다. 해협을 크게 한바퀴 도는 코스인데 딱 좋았어요. 근데 해가 지기 시작하면 좀 쌀쌀해서 두꺼운 외투 챙기시는 게 좋아요. 추천 드립니다.
Everyone was great. They responded immediately when I needed help, and everyone was very polite. They even helped me buy a bouquet of flowers. I highly recommend them.
We had an amazing experience on the cruise with delicious snacks and fruit platter and of course tea. Volkan, our tourist guide, was so amazing, friendly, and attentive. He had good knowledge about the places and explained everything in detail. I totally recommend this cruise experience. Love from India ❤️
A wonderful Bosphorus sunset cruise, although due to the weather, we weren't able to see a beautiful sunset, the scenery was still great.
The staff is awesome I must say, good for family less crowded yacht. Carry extra clothes and caps it can get really windy and cold sometimes

No signs at the pier port. I was asking so many people and walking up and down looking for it. the time stated was wrong. I had to wait 2-3 hrs. Food was not good. Bring your own. the boat tour route was good. Guide not very clear
Service was ok but not upto the mark.. A very short tour . We started late at around 5:15 pm and then took other guests as well from different port and took a tour for and hour and returned back to the port. All the highlighted places in the itenary were not taken around as well.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! 1.The schedule is totally wrong, and the system didn’t fix it! We arrived meet up point around 15:40, and start the trip from 17:30. It’s really bad. 2.No one can contact, so that we try to contact with customer service, and the stuff suggests us wait at least 30mins, and then they will try to help. The point is the schedule totally wrong, and other agency all know the correct time. 3.One more ridiculous, we sent the picture to customer service that we already wait for a while. Because the photo showing the time about 15:55, and the stuff asking us why we didn’t arrive before 15 mins earlier. It’s unbelievably insane replying from customer service center.(Who will take the picture from the beginning?) 4.The price compare with other, more expensive. We don’t mind to pay for high-value service. But the quality of Klook is quite bad and waste so much time for waiting coz they don’t have fluent contact with the local operators! It’s my first time and last time to use Klook for sure.

Ponto de Encontro: O Píer do Ponto de Encontro fica em Kabataş. Você pode chegar ao píer de bonde (linha T1) vindo da área da cidade antiga. O nome da parada onde você deve descer é Kabataş. Você também pode chegar à área de Taksim de funicular.
