I occasionally practiced Muay Thai in Hong Kong, and my husband is even more passionate about it. Although the young instructor wasn't fluent in English, he was very dedicated to guiding our posture and movements. It was a very authentic and genuine Muay Thai experience!

The young instructor was very kind and taught the children well. They said it was the most fun they had during their Hua Hin trip. It's a shame we couldn't stay a few more days to continue the lessons.

Excellent introduction! More than an hour one-on-one with the instructor for this first session. He doesn't speak English well, and neither do I, but he was very effective at making himself understood! It's still better to be in good physical condition to keep up the pace.

A parent-child activity for beginners or intermediate children and adults. Sweating it out and having fun is truly refreshing!
