It was snowing when we came. We love our experience so much! Highly recommend this trip as it’s just almost 3 hours from Tokyo and it’s like you’re spending a trip in Hokkaido. This is really convenient to book a trip instead of going on your own.

The host, Mr. Long, provided excellent service. He ensured that all of us were safe, especially since most of our group were beginners in skiing/snowboarding. We were blessed as it was snowing too! The experience was magical. It was raining, but I truly enjoyed it so much! Everything was perfect to the bone.

The scenery was beautiful, and the snowy mountain roads were thrilling, but the driver's skills were excellent, making the ride very smooth. Even children prone to motion sickness didn't get sick. The tour guide was wonderful, gentle, polite, and incredibly patient in helping us book and pick up our ski equipment, even with repeated shoe size changes. They helped us resolve all our issues, and we are truly grateful. It was very thoughtful of them to provide the tour bus for us to store our belongings throughout the trip. Although we encountered traffic on the return journey during a holiday, both the guide and driver managed the time perfectly, allowing us to return smoothly. We recommend this for adults who want to experience skiing, with different levels of slopes from beginner to advanced, or for children, the sledding environment is very safe. There were foreign tourists, but more Japanese locals were present. The food was also convenient and delicious. Our whole family was very satisfied, and we will definitely include this in our itinerary again on our next trip to Japan.

Ling San (Our Tour Guide) is very good at giving instructions and other details of the tour, she can also speak in chinese, English so no hassle will remind you to be back at bus via messaging app. definitely will book again 😁

I was hesitant to book at first because of the lack of reviews. But all in all, this ski resort is great, and the tour guide and bus drivers are very kind. I love it here and we'll definitely be back.

It's a fun activity. We can play in the snow all day and enjoy the ski lift. The guide is friendly and helpful. I recommend this trip for beginners/first-timers and kids.
