The equipment quality is very high, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The address is also very accurate and close to the ski resort. However, the carving snowboard turned out to be a twin-tip ski due to a translation issue, so I booked the wrong one. I originally wanted a single snowboard.

Terrible communication! I was never informed about the delivery arrangement and I couldn't call through their phone during their operating hours. Turned out I had to contact Klook to help me track down the merchant but they couldn't reach them either. So I requested a refund yet they ignored me. Until two hours later I was told the equipments were finally delivered at my hotel. How could one expect a customer to be waiting indefinitely especially during a ski trip when time is pressing and your travelling companions are also affected?? I also later found out that there was another travel agency between Klook and the merchant which also made it so much harder to have an effective communication between so many parties. Terrible and unreasonable experience! Not recommended!!

They claimed shipping was included, but then charged separately for shipping, and also demanded a 500 yen deposit per item. Even if you go to any local shop, it would be cheaper than this price. I kept telling them shipping was included, but they pretended not to understand English. Even when I showed them a translation app, they still feigned ignorance and scammed me. I do not recommend this product.
