It's very convenient to call and make a reservation. The environment is very comfortable and clean, with a faint fragrance. The complimentary snacks are also delicious. I felt completely relaxed and really sweated a lot. 40 minutes wasn't too long; I felt like I could have stayed longer. There weren't many people on a weekday, and having a private room all to myself was super comfortable! I got the voucher immediately after booking with Klook, and it was very convenient to use directly!

It was probably an appointment at 4:30 PM on a weekday afternoon. I only saw two other customers, so the environment was very quiet and clean, and the private room was excellent! The staff patiently explained the process and the facilities inside the steam room, reminding me that I would sweat a lot and needed to rehydrate. After steaming, I felt very comfortable from sweating, and my whole body felt relaxed. There was also a meal (black rice sweet soup + old-fashioned egg custard) to replenish energy. During the steam, you really have to endure, endure, endure... because it's genuinely very hot. The location is not close to the MRT station, so I recommend taking a taxi directly.

The private rooms are great. The downside is that the soundproofing isn't very good; you can clearly hear the noise from the outside lounge area inside the room.
