Combo Turístico: Ônibus Turístico Hop-On Hop-Off e Passeio de Barco em Istambul

Other than the extreme heat during this trip, twas an interesting and exciting journey along the route.

We were supposed to have a boat ride on the 2nd day, but it was not offered by the operator. The itinerary said daily.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the tour operator. I booked a day of hop-on hop-off tours and a cruise. Communication with the staff was so difficult; they were speaking in a language I couldn't understand! They asked me to come back at 3 PM for the boat cruise pick-up. The next thing I knew, they led me to a person who was trying to sell us knock-off bags in a basement, and he was very persistent! He wouldn't let me go unless I bought something. I thought I was going to be kidnapped! Then, when I escaped, the boat company didn't even recognize my Klook ticket and wouldn't let me join the cruise! It totally destroyed my day! So disappointed!!! If only I could give negative stars! What a dodgy tour.

This tour is not worth buying. The itinerary is not attractive. My combo ticket was not even recognized. It's better to use Uber, especially if traveling with family.

The boat cruise that was part of the package was not provided! No one knew where to avail of it. The staff at the port were not aware of this promotion. This is a big joke!
