A very great experience and its good to join early in the morning to enjoy the forest vibe. service:staff are very friendly, the driver did explained well about crocodile and hippo very well for us to know more

The customer service was really helpful, allowing me to change my slot at the last minute. My kids really enjoyed it. The whole experience is about 1 hour+, including the truck ride, boat ride, and visit to the hippo and crocodile lakes. If I recall correctly, hippo feeding is daily at 10 am, and crocodile feeding is on Saturdays and Sundays from 10-11 am.

We were happy and satisfied with the service. Our guide and driver were very friendly and helpful. Both of them volunteered to take our photographs. We were able to participate in feeding the hippo. The scenery throughout the trip was so beautiful and calming. It is recommended to come with kids and family.

Highly recommended for everyone to try. Worth the money, staff are really welcoming, best service from them. Very proper, no hassle! Just park your car at the given location, there will be a pickup jeep to welcome you! I was really lucky to be able to watch the hippo & crocodile feeding during my session. Booked the 9am slot for hippo feeding & later around 11am - crocodile feeding. I will bring my other relatives & friends here.

Super loved the experience! Brought my family with 3 kids and my parents and everything was well planned! it was super fun with the Jeep ride, hippo feeding and also the boat ride. our tour guide was so good and took for us many nice pictures! totally recommend this to those with kids!

Pelayaran kapal tenang & damai dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan. Tur safari sangat menarik karena kami melewati perjalanan yang bergelombang melintasi hutan untuk mendekat & berinteraksi langsung dengan kuda nil. Kami bisa menyentuh & memberi makan kuda nil. Nice experience Management was very kind to allow us to switch day because my kid got sick and had to reschedule Experience at safari: nice experience in ranger pick up,but not much animals to see, to name it a safari,i actually expecting to see a lot of animals.. The highlight is hippo feeding, the encounter was so close and we were given chance to feed ourselves. Boat ride: a very short ride along the lake,nice

The whole trip was fun and exciting, especially for the kids! It was very relaxing, nothing too fancy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our tour guides for the day were Sheila and Helmi. We booked the 9am slot via WhatsApp and call. We arrived just in time and started with a boat cruise. It was relaxing. The safari tour was fun too. We even managed to feed the hippos. The crocodiles were fed at 11 am so we couldn't feed them, but still, the staff dropped us at the crocodile lake for us to see. Overall, it was a quality fun time spent with the kids. 10/10.
