It was a long and difficult journey, but thanks to the energetic Mary & Jim and all the wonderful people who joined the tour, we had a great time. I highly, highly recommend it!

I was worried about bad weather, but it turned out to be clear and bright. Thanks to our guide Zac, who worked hard to take amazing photos for us, I got many 'once-in-a-lifetime' shots, and it was a very informative and enjoyable trip.

I understand the tipping culture in the US, but for me to be satisfied as the giver, the trip itself needs to be equally satisfying. Despite requesting breakfast, it was never actually provided. The itinerary also changed mid-trip. Essentially, what the guide provided was transportation, taking photos with a phone camera, and purchasing paid leisure activities on our behalf. Even though breakfast wasn't provided, we were almost forced to pay a tip of about $50, which is 20% of the total cost. Paid services were also separate, so we ultimately had to pay an additional $150 in cash. The value for money was terrible, the service was the worst, and customer response was also the worst. I'd like to give 0 stars, but since 1 star is the minimum, I'm giving that.
