The massage was excellent; the masseuse adjusted the pressure on specific areas according to my requests and massaged for a full 60 minutes. I felt very relaxed afterward. The environment was also well-arranged and looked very clean, offering great overall value. After the massage, they tried to sell a massage plan, which was a bit of a shame as you can't pay per session. However, even though I didn't purchase a plan, the staff's attitude remained very good. It was a pleasant experience overall!
Very new, very clean, and a comfortable environment. The massage was also very strong. There was no hard selling; they left immediately after the introduction. Highly recommended! 👍🏻
The service attitude is good, and the environment, hygiene, and flower tea all make you feel comfortable. Although they will try to sell packages at the end, they don't hard sell.
The massage is very good, and the place is also very clean. They are polite and not pushy with sales; I ended up buying a small package. Highly recommended!
The location is convenient, the decor is beautiful, and the masseuse has excellent technique. She clearly knows how to massage and isn't just randomly pressing. It's too bad she started talking about the plan prices in the last 20 minutes, which made me unable to relax. Fortunately, there was no hard selling after the session. Their plans are for 6 or 12 sessions, and they don't hard sell.
The WhatsApp and Reception staff were polite, and the booking process was efficient. There was absolutely no hard-selling, only a simple introduction to the plans. The environment was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable experience. For massages, there were 3 types of essential oils to choose from, and the room even had an en-suite shower. Unfortunately, the massage therapist was a letdown. Firstly, she talked non-stop for the entire hour-long massage; there wasn't a single minute of peace and quiet. Her conversation mostly consisted of showing off, telling me how stiff and blocked my muscles and tendons were, and how inflexible I was, like a rigid board. I understand that communication with clients can ease tension and help them relax, but it needs to be appropriate. By the later stages, I had stopped responding, yet the therapist continued to repeat similar things, which, to some extent, made me even more tired. Secondly, I had already explained at the beginning that I had never had a massage before, that I exercised regularly, and had accumulated strain from work; specifically, my calves were particularly tight and sore, even painful to light touch, after exercising two days prior. The therapist started by massaging my shoulders and neck, then said she would focus on my legs first before moving to my upper body because my leg condition was more severe. During the process, she claimed she wasn't using much force, only spreading the oil to help my skin absorb it. I had anticipated some pain, and I'm not completely intolerant to it, but I was genuinely in a lot of discomfort, to the point where my upper body was hunched, and I couldn't relax at all. The therapist just kept saying things like: "It needs to be loosened up anyway," "You'll still be in pain if I don't massage it," "It's better that you exercise, but exercise isn't a cure-all; you need to stretch more," and "Don't wait until it hurts or until something serious happens to come for a massage." (If my body were very flexible and in good condition, I wouldn't need to come for a massage in the first place 🙂) In the last 3 minutes, the therapist still insisted on massaging my feet. I felt very upset and angry, and couldn't help but say directly: "My feet are really hurting. I know this area is very severe, but I really can't take it anymore. Just because it's severe doesn't mean you can keep massaging it non-stop!" Only then did the therapist massage my head (which was the only time she massaged my head). Honestly, the therapist was skilled and knew how to massage, but I wish she would prioritize the client's needs. I wasn't expecting instant relief after the massage; I just wanted to experience it for the first time and get some relaxation. But it definitely shouldn't involve continuously massaging painful areas even after I've cried out in pain, and having to listen to her talk the entire time! It's been 3 hours since my massage, and I still feel the lingering pain from her massage in my shoulders and neck... Sorry, the therapist has truly made me decide not to return, or perhaps I'm just not the right client for them.
