The cruise was short but was all that we could see in the creek. Nice experience and interesting drive heading to Willie Creek.

We waited 20 minutes at the beginning, and no one informed me that the car was delayed. Later, I directly contacted the vendor for assistance. After getting in the car, the driver only said that my phone couldn't be reached, but I checked the confirmation email and my phone number was correct. This was clearly an excuse from the driver. The rest of the trip was good; the guide explained everything in detail, and the lake was beautiful. After the trip ended, we waited for the driver at a designated spot at the scheduled time, but the tour bus actually left without us. We waited for another half an hour, and finally, someone who seemed to be the boss drove us to a certain location. Throughout the entire trip, only the driver Andrew was the worst. The company should provide thorough employee training or carefully select its staff.
