Very nice tour, the guide was very safety-conscious. He shared a lot about the area, its land, and its people. All in all, a successful tour. However, a transfer to the Hotel Fox & The Firefly would be appropriate, as it was very difficult to get a driver from Alona Beach to there. Unfortunately, I only read that after booking... It should also be explained that there are two fixed times for the start of the tour. I then chose 1 PM after consulting.

The tourist guide is very enthusiastic, and I can also enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain. Next time, I will try this tour again.

This trip is totally awesome! Our tour guide Troy is very nice and professional. The way up to the top of mountain is steep sometimes. Troy would wait for us and cheer us up with big smile. We love this trip very much. We don’t ride bicycle everyday, but we finished this ride. The view on the top of mountain is absolutely worthy! Thanks Troy for the guiding. He’s positive attitude is the soul of this trip. Fabulous!

Riding on country roads all the way to the village hilltop, it was just me and the tour guide, cycling together. I've always wanted to cycle on Bohol. I'm so glad to have fulfilled this wish.

Nunca tuve la oportunidad de unirme a esta actividad. El lugar de encuentro está lejos de la playa de Alona, donde nos alojamos. Se necesita un transporte contratado para llegar allí. Viajar en transporte público lleva mucho tiempo y esfuerzo.

I requested for a refund because I can longer make it to the meet up location. Our flight was delayed. Unfortunately, customer service is not so accommodating. Also, your partner agency/ supplier can not be contacted. Details indicated in your promotions are inaccurate. I recommend you also include travel time from Airport to Loboc. Travel time is 1 hour from the airport. Given limited transportation in the area, you should have considered adding it on the important notes. Plus, consider an allowance for any flight delays.

這個集合地點非常偏遠，當初因他人評價很期待這個行程，訂購時有標示包含「餐食、酒店往返接載」，但當日無司機聯繫接送便自行前往，詢問當地人員也不清楚，「瓶裝水」當地人員說是非瓶裝水，是一般公用的水源，還是騎乘中下了坡自己去買，行程提到「低難度的山地自行車之旅，初學者也可輕鬆駕馭」，因為此敘述說明便讓朋友也一起加入了，但在騎乘過程中卻屢屢遇到大小山坡，連續騎了近一個小時嚮導告知只是開頭，全程大約有十公里左右，這與網路的上的說一點也不相符，也讓友人開始出現暈眩嘔吐的現象，導致這段行程直接結束中斷，結束時我們請櫃檯人員派人接送到飯店，但櫃檯人員告知並接送無包含在內，當初所訂購的行程的確顯示包含接送服務，所以又和嚮導與櫃檯人員耗了半個小時以上，才自認倒楣的與當地人包車自費自返，因為行程說明不清以及敘述錯誤等因素，導致我們大約前後又自行耗費了高額的來回交通費、行程耗損費、餐食費，如今看到網頁已經修改，但客路卻只願意賠償低額，讓人啼笑皆非。

A wonderful experience. Led by locals, we gained a deeper understanding of the local culture and explored places inaccessible to regular tourists.
