Fantastic experience even though we had to wake up at 230am... Timing was perfect to float up and capture the beautiful sunrise on time. Friendly and helpful crew members. Will definitely recommend to others..

A very nice experience to share with family. Also suitable for children. Worth waking up at 1 AM for. The staff were helpful and kind. The pilot was very experienced. You need to help with the preparation and packing of the balloon, but that's part of the experience too. It's very cold in the morning, so dress warmly.

Amazing and unforgettable experience. Everything went smoothly. Thanks to the experienced pilot Nick and navigator Thor. Although we had to sacrifice our sleep and get up as early as 1:30 AM, we met Thor at the bus bay at 2:20 AM, and had a simple briefing at 3:45 AM. Everything was set up perfectly, and the flight began at 5:30 AM, ending at 6:30 AM. Afterward, we returned to Dome for a buffet breakfast. Overall, this was the best experience for a first-time rider like me.

Fantastisk opplevelse. Piloten var svært erfaren og tok oss til forskjellige høyder. En annen gruppe fra et annet selskap ankom startstedet og avlyste, men vi fortsatte (selvfølgelig med en trygg pilot som visste hva han gjorde).

It was so much fun and you should give it a try once if you are ever in Perth during the colder season. We woke up early for the pick-up from Perth city at around 3:30 am, went to a DOME cafe nearer to the lift-off site, and had a pre-briefing before we left the cafe. Some of us helped with the inflating of the balloon, and as soon as it was ready, Nick, our pilot, explained how to get on, off, and also how to prepare our position for landing. Overall, we had so much fun, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. After we landed, all of us helped to pack the balloon up and headed for a warm, well-deserved breakfast at DOME cafe. Thanks to both Nick and the Scottish guy whose name I forgot for the awesome time my family and I had!

If you're in love with height, it is highly recommended. Sacrifice your sleep as early as 1:30 AM to meet up at the bus bay. On the way, you are advised to have naps to avoid a cranky morning. Bringing some heat packs will help with the morning coldness. Taking photos with night mode is advisable, as the moment waiting for the sunrise can be very dark. Thor is so tall and handsome, so it is the first scenery to look forward to before the hot air balloon. Daniel is very detailed in explaining the spot while we are up high, but I was too engrossed with the view. Losing some weight might help in getting into the basket before the flight takes off. Rest assured, Thor is very helpful in assisting you. Just be prepared to assist the crew with some packing up once the flight takes off. The morning walk to the van might be like 5-10 minutes away. So, don't be cranky in the morning! I love it! Because I was served salmon avocado with poached egg and cappuccino for breakfast. Sweet!

Pilot Sven var engagerende, humoristisk og meget erfaren, hvilket hjalp med at berolige vores nerver. Det var simpelthen betagende at se Avon-dalens landskab fra oven! Samarbejdet med at tømme luftballonen efter landing, den ujævne tur i lastbilen tilbage til minibussen og morgenmadsbuffeten på Dome caféen satte de sidste fine prikker over i'et på hele oplevelsen.

Fahrt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr kompetent. Das Wetter war sooo gut! Es hat sich gelohnt, dafür früh aufzustehen.
