以前也在清水斷崖划過獨木舟，沒想到這次選SUP要站立好難！幸好教練的教學很完整，不時鼓勵你，幫你拍美照。 大大推薦！一生一定要體驗一次清水斷崖海面上看日出！ 另外值得讚賞的是無痕海洋團隊的推廣，讓我們省思人類的作為如何對環境更友善。

推！的確被點醒在做這種水上活動都要去問：有沒有救生員？他們怎麼判斷海相的？我們身為消費者是唯一可以自己作主的人，有權在海相不佳的時候拒絕下水，生命無價～～一想到其他業者在危險的時候，教練有可能直接烙跑就覺得我們在做決定時需要考量更多、問得更詳細！ 體驗部分很讚～但日出團也會熱喔！還是要做防曬（注意使用衣物遮蔽為主，防曬乳多少會污染海洋） 教練也很認真幫忙拍照跟關心每一位參加者，中途很安心

I had a fantastic experience during my first time trying SUP. As a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous, but the coach was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire session. Despite a last-minute change in location due to weather conditions, the experience was still amazing. The new spot had great views, and the coaching was top-notch. I felt supported the whole time, and he made sure I was comfortable and learning at my own pace. Overall, it was an enriching experience, and I’m excited to do it again! Highly recommend!

Definitely choose the 4am sunrise slot - it was worth it! The August heat can be unbearable past 8am anyway. Imagine paddling in the Pacific Ocean between a magnificent rising sun and the Qingshui cliff - that is the experience you are paying for. Use them to hire a taxi to bring you from your hotel to the meet-up point. The taxi fare was about NTD1,000 to and fro. The taxi driver will stay at the beach until you are done to take you back to the hotel. Make sure to bring a spare change of clothes. There’s a public shower to rinse yourself from the sands and changing area too. There were, I think, 5 coaches in total to manage the group of about 25 people. You will be briefed on the safety aspects of the activity first and it is entirely up to you whether you want to proceed with the SUP if you feel unsafe about the weather condition. There’s a printed-out slide pack of the safety briefing in English so do request for that at the start. The coaches were very professional and will help you if you fall into the water, but just stay calm since you have a life jacket on anyway. You will also be guided back to shore one by one by the coaches to prevent collision with each other. The coaches will take photos of everyone and upload them into Google Drive about 2 days after the activity. Don’t worry if you feel sick; it helps to look into the distance. There were a few people who threw up into the water and that’s okay. You may want to take motion sickness pills an hour before the activity. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

We recommend the sunset SUP experience where you can see the stars and enjoy beautiful scenery! The coach explains things thoroughly, teaches ocean-related knowledge, and helps guests take photos to remember the experience.
