Experiência de 2D1N na Lagoon Villa no Sunway Lagoon

Sangat berkesan menginap di vila laguna dengan paket 2 dewasa 2 anak. Proses penukaran di konter 1 pintu masuk utama sangat lancar, stafnya informatif dan sangat membantu. Tamu vila dan berkemah mendapat keistimewaan naik kereta golf. Vila sudah siap tepat waktu dan sangat bersih. PIC Omar dan Alex, sangat ramah dan membantu. Tiket masuk 2 hari sangat bagus karena kami bisa menaiki seluncuran dan wahana favorit kami sepanjang hari. Night Park juga luar biasa. Pasti akan datang lagi!

Sunway Lagoon Villa was awesome!!!! We stayed at one of the 4 villas and really felt like we were treated like VIPs right from check in to BBQ dinner to breakfast and check out. The Villa was suepr clean and nice and we thought there would be mossies but somehow we didn’t feel any! Very comfortable stay right in the heart of the park. The buggy service in the huge park was definitely a super added bonus!!!! Special shout out to Alex, one of the managers there made the experience so warm and lovely!!!! We will definitely go back one day to visit him! His colleagues Omar and Bikram were awesome too.

For a family of four with two children, the Villa Staycation is undoubtedly an excellent choice for a short holiday. The children enjoyed swimming in the Lagoon during the day and playing on the various rides at night. We were there on August 16th, before the local school holidays, so there were fewer crowds, and we were able to enjoy the various facilities with shorter queues. The BBQ dinner included in the package was incredibly delicious, especially the prawns and chicken. We received great assistance from Mr. Omar and Mr. Rotesh, who helped us manage the barbecuing of the meat and marshmallows, which were a favorite with the kids. They also helped us arrange for buggy rides around the park late at night and early in the morning. Staying within the park offers a good advantage: we get to enjoy a nice breakfast and an early walk within the park. Tips for those interested in this Staycation: 1. If you drive, park your car at Sunway Pyramid Mall - Entry C. Forget about asking for help from any Samaritans or guards; they will just lead you astray. It's very difficult to find a parking space in the Mall, so the best option is to pay for parking at the Preferred Parking, but one would have to pay hefty parking fees for overnight parking. It would have been great if the Sunway management could arrange for parking space for Staycation guests as part of the package, just like hotels. 2. Even for a family, the Villa has only one bed and one sofa bed, with no blinds in between. If one travels with friends or a maid, it's better to book two villas, or you will be placed in an unnecessarily embarrassing situation. 3. Travel light. Don't bring luggage bags, especially when you have kids. The Villa is a distance away from the entrance, and the buggy doesn't reach the entrance. One has to walk and take escalators before one can reach a buggy. It will be a nightmare if you travel on a rainy day. 4. Unlike other theme parks, the Lagoon doesn't have early programs or special allowances for stay-in guests; that is, you don't get to enjoy the play facilities earlier than others compared to Disneyland. All facilities open only at 10:00 AM for all guests to the Lagoon. It would have been great if similar arrangements were available. So, planning to visit the animals after breakfast would be a good choice, and focus on water-related activities during the day after check-in instead. 5. We had to wait a long time at the ticketing counter. We're not sure if it was a new program then and the staff were unfamiliar, or if there was an issue with the system, but the staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. Anyway, do expect to wait a while before getting into the park.

Highly recommended place for staycation! The camp out amenities and service was tiptop 👍 and you fully utilize 2 days in the sunway lagoon 🎉
