My trip to Genting Highlands booked through Klook was absolutely amazing! The guide and driver were fantastic — very friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. Everything was well-organized, and their support made the trip even more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience!

Good option if you want to see Batu Caves and spend about 5 hours in the theme park. Personally, I would have preferred more time at the park to watch the opening and closing shows and try all the rides.

We did the private tour, we were picked up on time by our tour guide/driver. Raj was very knowledgeable on the Malaysian history and shared all these info to us on our way to Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. We rode the csble car all the way up. I was so suprised that Malaysia has a huge mall and tall buildings on top of a mountain, shows how progressive the country is. It was a very good experience overall. Thanks to Raj for being an excellent tour guide and Klook for the convenient booking. I highly recommend the private tour for comfort, convenience and worry-free tour.

The driver arrived and dropped us off on time. However, the overall experience was not exceptional. Most of the rides had some fault or issue and were temporarily stopped. We queued for almost 4 rides but never got to go on them because they had issues and had to close for a while. It was not worth the money. We went on a weekend, so the cable car was very full with many people.

Our tour guide and driver Robert (Bob) always arrives on time. His driving skills were topnotch. He suggested other places to visit and he made us try roti canai and teh tarik. Very delicious! The Awana Skyway offered stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests. We also enjoyed Genting Highlands which offered a variety of rides and activities suitable for families and thrill-seekers alike. Unfortunately, some rides were not available during our stay.

The hotel pickup was on time. Our driver/guide, Kannan, was excellent. We spent an hour at Batu Caves. We had a great time at Genting Highlands Outdoor Theme Park. It can rain there, so I recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoats. The climate is also cold up there. The cable car ride was pleasant. The only negative point was that the QR code for one of our park tickets didn't work at the entrance due to poor printing. These tickets were sent to us via WhatsApp the previous day. We had to struggle for about 15 minutes to sort that out. The Genting Highlands staff were great and helped us print a new ticket to enter the park.

This experience is a must-try! At first, Genting Skyworld was not part of our itinerary, but when we saw it on YouTube, we realized it was a great place to visit. It was another good experience for us, as it was just me and my friends in the van during the tour, making it exclusive. Overall, a super fun experience. 😊

The timing was excellent, the tour guide was very kind, and the tickets were delivered directly to the door. It was very convenient.
