It was quite easy to redeem the ticket; staff approached us, and we just showed them the QR code. Tickets for the high ropes are redeemed at the main counter, and then tickets for the alpine coaster are redeemed there as well. You get two hours to complete the high ropes. Courses up to red should take one hour, but the black course is quite hard, and not everyone completes it. What I didn't realize is that this doesn't include the 1,500m zip line through the waterfall, which is another £30, but you do a lot of zip lines throughout the course, so we didn't mind.

This bundle really saved a lot of money, and I got a discount using my Visa card. We took Grab to and from the location without any issues finding a car. The high rope course was definitely worth the trip and absolutely unforgettable. The Alpine coaster was also very worthwhile. The environment is beautiful and clean, the staff can speak English, and the weather was comfortable 😌 It's truly a great place, and I'm so glad I found this bundle on KLOOK.

It was absolutely fantastic! You need to go to each ticket booth to exchange your tickets. For the zipline, they provide basic training, and I recommend that men try to complete courses from blue to black within two hours if possible. If you start from the first course, even if you do it quickly, you can only get to the blue course, which is a bit disappointing. After that, if you ride the coaster, the timing will be perfect. It's best to go as early as possible for the zipline. If you go close to closing time, you'll have an awkward amount of time left over and lose out, so I recommend going early.

Einlösen war etwas schwierig, aber die Aktivitäten selbst haben wirklich Spaß gemacht, würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen! Der Alpine Coaster fährt überraschend schnell und der Hochseilgarten ist toll, aber auch sehr herausfordernd!

搭乘時可以自己控制車速，想慢慢欣賞沿途山林景色，或是加快速度感受刺激，都能依自己的喜好調整。沿著蜿蜒的軌道一路向下，四周綠意盎然、空氣清新，既能享受速度帶來的快感，也能欣賞大叻優美的自然風光。很可惜因為天氣的因素，常有陣雨，是唯一美中不足的地方。

Quite interesting, but requires good physical fitness. My son loved it; the game has many challenges and is worth trying. The instructors were enthusiastic and confirmed the booking quickly.
