It was such a fun and unique experience creating a scent based on my personality! I honestly didn’t expect to end up with a woody-oriental blend, since most of my perfumes are floral — but this really helped me explore something different and refreshing. A big shoutout to the service crew, especially Dinu/Minu (I’m so sorry I can’t remember exactly — but you were the sweetest 🥹). Super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about what you do, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

El personal fue muy complaciente. Originalmente reservé para el 20 de mayo, pero tuve que cambiarlo a una fecha anterior porque me equivoqué con mi horario de vuelo. El servicio al cliente de Klook no quiso cambiar la fecha, así que opté por enviar un mensaje directamente a Scentopia y ellos accedieron a mi solicitud después de mostrar mi boleto de avión. Cuando llegué, su personal fue muy cálido y acogedor. Fueron muy amables. Me ayudaron siempre que necesité asistencia. Solo había unas pocas muestras de aromas con menos contenido, así que no pude frotarlas bien en el papel de muestra, pero el personal me asistió. En general, la experiencia fue excelente. Ahora tengo un perfume que creé yo misma y que es únicamente mío.

It was a fun experience. Make a perfume based on your personality. It's funny because I don't usually like floral scent but surprisingly, the personality quiz they have showed the scent fitting my personality is mostly floral with a bit of citrus, woody and oriental scents. I did the workshop with my Dad, it was fun choosing the scents ☺️. The perfume is oil-based so they're really long-lasting.. My mom also bought a pre-made perfume.

I really went to SG for this! For the love of scents 😌 hmm.. one thing I would've appreciated is if they gave you information about the scents you picked after finalizing your perfume. Like from which plant or which part of the plant it is derived from... You know, like most perfumes, you can see ingredients on the label. All I got were the codes. I have no idea which specific plant the scent came from.

I went to Scentopia as part of our day's plan to celebrate my wife's birthday. Klook's purchase and redemption process was flawless, as always. Upon entering Scentopia, we experienced excellent hospitality from the very friendly staff: from the reception counter to the explanations on how to formulate our individual fragrances, and finally creating and bottling them. The overall experience is unique and definitely memorable, not just for my wife but for the entire family. I also bought the Klook package which included Shake Shack meals. Redemption was quick at the counter. It's totally value for money and highly recommended for those interested in perfume and Shake Shack 👍👍👍

Facile à suivre mais manque la possibilité de personnaliser quelque chose que vous aimez vraiment, car chaque parfum que nous sentons est composé d'une combinaison de notes plutôt que d'une seule note. Amusant pour les enfants mais peut-être trop simple pour les adultes.

It's an interesting experience. First, you have to do a personality test. Then, there are some recommended scent offers for you. You could create your own personalized perfume.

Little fun afternoon activity at Sentosa. I’d recommend come early and walk on the beach walk from the last stop of express. You will be able to reach Scentopia and start making your own perfume!

Absolutely loved this experience! Did it for a girlfriend's birthday and she totally enjoyed herself. All of us had fun smelling the different scents and reading about the different scents.
