Tour Iluminado de Chinatown da FunVee™

We got lost and couldn't find the pickup point, but we're glad they were still there and we were able to join even though we were late. They had our names on the list. They even allowed me to reschedule. We enjoyed our trip and learned a lot from our tour guide. It was a happy Christmas at FunVee. Thanks!

The rain is a killer but yet quite enjoyable. I am with my family for the FunVee bus tour and there is a tour group with us as well. However, the guide does not speak proper English and often pauses here and there. This needs to be improved, thanks.

Nice Christmas bus trip. The upper deck of the bus is half covered and half open-air. Great if you like to sit in the covered deck to avoid dust and rain.

Great way to experience the festivities and enjoy the Christmas lights along Orchard Road without the crowds. It was very enjoyable. However, it would be better if the front of the bus didn't have the sheltered top as it hindered our frontal view. In previous years, the bus didn't have the sheltered front, so the view was amazing.

Tuvimos la suerte de ser los 2 últimos en conseguir asientos en la cubierta abierta. La falta de asientos asignados por orden de llegada significó que los 8-10 pasajeros restantes tuvieron que ocupar los asientos de la cubierta cerrada. El tour se sintió sobrevendido y el recorrido por Orchard fue demasiado rápido para disfrutar de las luces de Navidad.

My booking time changed after I made the reservation. I am disappointed.

Highly disappointed in this. Only 4 people had booked on this tour so we were put on a different bus with a Korean tour that seemed like they were already part way through their tour. 90% of the tour continued in Korean until our actual guide took over and spoke English, which was about 80% way through the tour. The tour then ended back at the start after only 35 mins. Everyone started getting off to realise the tour was over. I don’t even know if we went to the areas as listed on the itinerary for this tour. I know we didn’t see the Merlion though. Very disappointed. I’ve asked Klook for a refund who has asked for proof that this all occurred. Very hard to prove that something finished early. Just lucky I took a short video of the Korean speaking tour guide. Hopefully Klook does the right thing.
