The entire campsite is very large, and the RV experience made both the children and family feel very happy and interesting, leaving behind unforgettable memories. The service staff were also very attentive, helping to turn on the air conditioning in advance so we could check in comfortably. The living room space was also great, and the kittens at the campsite were even cuter. The bathroom amenities were also very complete. What we liked most was having a dedicated person deliver a flower basket for breakfast, so we didn't have to go out to eat. There were also many options in the children's play area, such as a swimming pool, basketball court, soccer field, golf, and more.

The customer service staff 🙎‍♀️, the young lady who rode a motorcycle all over the park, was really great! So enthusiastic! She immediately handled any questions we had. The park is huge, and the Gassho Village is small but beautiful. It's very convenient to barbecue in front of the Gassho Village! The cabin area is quiet, and there's a glass house next to the RVs! So many choices! I'll invite friends to come again next time!

No need to set up a tent, giving us, who don't have equipment, a chance to let our children experience camping life. The barbecue at night was delicious, the restrooms were very clean, and the park was beautiful and great for photos. The next morning, we took many pictures and also visited other types of accommodation. Next time, if we have the chance, we'd like to try the stargazing dome.

The overall environment is very clean, and the barbecue area is also clean and well-planned. There's a large refrigerator available, which is great for families of all sizes. You can also easily take a walk outdoors. Kids have a splash pool to play in. Highly recommended!

The Moving Castle RV is great with its own living room and separate bathroom 👍. There are many facilities to enjoy, including a slide, indoor play area, sandpit, pool, and golf.

A perfect place for kids to burn off energy and enjoy nature. Children can run freely, and there are many play facilities. There's also indoor entertainment for rainy days, making it a paradise for kids. Next time, I'll book a different room type here if I have the chance.

The environment is clean and tidy, and there's a restaurant where you can book dinner. The mini-golf course was a lot of fun for my 11-year-old (golf clubs and balls can be borrowed for free). The room was clean and tidy, and because we stayed in the Hinoki Village, there weren't many people, so it was very quiet at night. The air conditioning in the room blew directly onto one of the beds, making it a bit cold, and the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold (not a big issue in summer). The entire park was very relaxing to walk around, and you don't have to drive on mountain roads to get here. Overall, the experience was quite good.

I specifically brought my children here for a camping experience. The accommodation voucher was very convenient and easy to use. The campsite is large, so the accommodation wasn't too crowded.

Staying in the cabin was a great experience; the environment was clean and thoughtfully designed. I'd love to come back with friends next time and try the RV! 😊
