We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a villa for two, thanks to the Klook platform. It feels even cheaper than other hotel booking platforms in mainland China! It's super suitable for families to have fun, with many free activities, and even peacocks displaying their feathers while you eat breakfast. The hotel restaurant food is also good. Breakfast offers a wide selection, both Chinese and Western. There's also a sunset ceremony at 6 PM every day, with snacks and drinks provided. During our 3-day, 2-night stay, besides the included Moon Rock Cave exploration, we spent the rest of our time participating in various hotel activities such as archery, bamboo pole stretching, fan painting, and feeding alpacas. The only regret was that the Li River bamboo raft was suspended when we visited, so they offered us fan painting as an alternative.

The staff and service there are excellent. It's a very ideal hotel for families. You can stay in the hotel area without going anywhere, but still have a lot of fun. The scenery of the place is absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely come back again. 👍👍👍

We booked a villa for the second and third nights. The architecture is quaint, and you can get close to nature within the hotel grounds. There are alpacas, peacocks, ducks, and fish to feed~~ The children had a great time.

Banyan Tree is Banyan Tree, both comfortable and thoughtful. We were even upgraded to a villa during our stay, which made our daughter incredibly happy. The hotel's facilities are superb, with beautiful garden views and the Li River by its side; I can only describe it as picturesque. I will definitely go again if I have the chance!

The environment is excellent, and it's close to the Li River. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. Children will love it, as they can feed alpacas, peacocks, ducks, and fish, and there are two small playgrounds. Climbing Banyan Mountain is also a great activity. The package includes a travel photography session, with the hotel providing free clothing. Xiao Wan Travel Photography and photographer Xiao Fei were very professional, and the photos turned out beautifully.

Stayed in a villa on the third night, seized the opportunity to feed the animals in the hotel. During Christmas, the hotel had a fireworks display at 8 PM. It was spectacular.

這次的旅程非常完美，我們在酒店裡度過了兩個晚上，無論是服務，設施，食物都很滿意！我和家人是第一次在國內不跟團自己出行，出發的時候略有擔心，但在到達的時候，看到大堂的裝修，到處可見的山水風光，香薰柔和的味道，已經讓我們很驚喜愉快。雖然在入住的時候有一點誤會，但是這裡必須點名稱讚Sophia Liang，她靈活且貼心的安排，為我們的旅程大大加分。她相比其他職員的專業和用心的態度和應對技巧，相信會讓每一個從外地來的客人都非常安心。她對於每一個小細節都非常留意，剛剛好的服務，讓我們在享受個人時間的同時，無一所缺。餐廳的食物雖然選擇不算太多，但勝在乾淨衛生，Mandy Cheng會記住住客的房號，在我們抵達餐廳的時候已經能夠主動迎接，非常難得！Spa的按摩師Holly態度熱情，笑容燦爛，我們在上課的時候也十分享受。總括而言，這次是我們第一次入住悅榕莊的酒店，的確能夠感覺到跟其他國際五星級品牌酒店的差別（萬豪/喜來登/希爾頓 等），有機會的話，我一定會再次入住！再次感謝Sophia Liang 的出色的服務，你令我們的旅程變得完美！

This family trip was truly wonderful! The children were so happy feeding the ducks, fish, and alpacas at the hotel. The hotel service was excellent! It was all so beautiful! The only complaint is that the dinner provided by the hotel only had spicy options and no non-spicy choices, which was very disappointing!
