Absolutamente brillante de principio a fin. Me gustó porque era muy japonés: puntualidad, atención a las instrucciones. Me hizo reír, este es su país y respeto totalmente su cultura. Obtuve información sobre toda su cultura, desde el deporte hasta la religión, e incluso una canción del Monte Fuji. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera de cualquier edad, solo lleven algo de efectivo, siempre es útil estar preparado. Fue un día realmente bueno, aunque algunas fotos pueden depender del clima, pero en general es un gran día de excursión.

What a wonderful trip with Harumi as our tour guide. She helps me to find a place for praying. She is also nice in explaining and building communication with everyone who joined this trip. We are so lucky to see Mount Fuji many times even though there is no snow yet. We took a cruise on Lake Ashi then went by cable car to the top of Hakone. Lunch was so yummy, we booked a Muslim-friendly option. We went back from Odawara station to Tokyo station by Shinkansen. Overall, I really enjoyed the trip. Sayonara, for sure I'll be back and there's a big chance I'll book this trip again.

Weather was not on our side as this trip was just as Typhoon Shanshan was starting. We were unable to see Mount Fuji, were unable to go on the ropeway, and unable to take the Shinkansen. Despite that we had a great day as both our guide and driver did their best to both find us alternative activities and get us back to Tokyo safely. Highly recommend.

The guide wanted to share as much Japanese culture with us as possible and had slides prepared, and I learned so much more through this trip! The timing was good, and lunch was decent. Everything was well-planned and orderly. There was a free souvenir at Mount Fuji 5th Station. A smooth-sailing trip!

The most spectacular day out in the most amazing country. The day trip was well organized and the guide was informative, friendly, and fun. Can’t wait to get back to Japan!

I chose to be picked up from Tokyo Station. The meeting place was easy to find. Our guide, TK, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He shared interesting facts throughout the bus ride. We spent quite a bit of time traveling on the bus, but it was a comfortable ride throughout (although there was a bit of traffic on our way back to Tokyo). Mount Fuji 5th Station was cold! We went in early December, and while we expected lower temperatures, it was still really cold! It's good to bring hand warmers and/or gloves. But the view of the peak of Mount Fuji was truly mesmerizing. We opted for a Muslim-friendly lunch. Lunch was good, although we couldn't really verify if the chicken used was halal – in hindsight, we should have requested a vegetarian meal instead. After lunch, we were supposed to take the ropeway, but due to windy conditions, it was closed. Unfortunate, but we had no choice. Instead, we went to a small aquarium nearby. It was okay, but nothing amazing. Finally, we went on a boat ride on Lake Ashi. It was a really good experience, and the views around the lake were great!

The guide was very knowledgeable and interacted with us throughout the day. A pure vegetarian meal was provided, but it wasn't very tasty, so it's better to bring your own food or snacks. Due to a minor traffic jam, we couldn't go to the 5th station, but we were told to see the view from the Heritage site, which wasn't great.

This was a fantastic trip, and our guide Joe was very funny and knowledgeable. The itinerary received a 4 because it felt too rushed at a few of the stops. It is a long day, and extending stops would make it a bit longer, but I would have liked a bit more time at Fuji Station 5. Overall, it was a very good day and worth the price.
