There were too many recommendations for on-site activities, and I got confused listening to them all. In summary, once you arrive at the location, you can use the package to go into the water and play by yourself, similar to free time. Basic equipment is also available for self-service on-site. Hardy Reef is beautiful, and being able to arrange your time randomly is great! We spent a long time admiring the coral reefs in the water! It was truly wonderful!

Para mí, una excursión de un día es perfecta, ya que hay tiempo suficiente para relajarse en el crucero y también para divertirse en el pontón del arrecife. Un viaje de ida en crucero dura aproximadamente 3 horas desde Airlie Beach (con una parada en Hamilton Island) y las vistas durante el trayecto son increíbles. We had a wonderful trip, the food was very fresh and delicious, and the staff were very enthusiastic and attentive.

The large cruise ship was very comfortable, with a diverse and abundant selection of meals, and the service staff were friendly and humorous. We had booked a scuba diving excursion (with an instructor), which included a 10-minute pre-dive practice session. If we felt uncomfortable, we could cancel and receive a refund. It was our first time scuba diving, but we absolutely loved it and enjoyed it very much. Both snorkeling and scuba diving had photographers taking pictures, and we also purchased some of our favorite photos. However, when we checked in, the counter staff stated that only one person had booked the scuba diving excursion. I then had to show my receipt to get tickets for all three of us. Upon boarding the ship, the other two people were again asked to pay, and it took some time to clarify the situation. I feel that Klook's booking service needs improvement, and I recommend that everyone prepare their receipts in advance.

Highly recommended! There were many staff members on the boat who were very friendly and always ready to help with any issues. Booking through Klook was very convenient; we just went to the counter to check in and collect our tickets before boarding. I chose two certified dives with a dive guide. I was lucky to meet a great dive buddy and guide who constantly checked on everyone's condition, which made me feel very safe. The equipment provided was of good quality, not old or worn out. The only minor drawbacks were that both dives were at the same entry point, and the food provided on the boat was all cold dishes. It would have been better if hot food was available. The round trip was quite long, so there wasn't enough time to go snorkeling or visit the underwater observation room before heading back. As for the underwater scenery, the coral diversity was high, but since it's a tourist area, there was also a certain degree of coral bleaching.

Overall experience with Cruise Whitsunday is pretty good, except the lunch served on the cruise is a bit disappointing compare to other cruises I had in Great Barrier Reef.

Me encantó el tour de snorkel, fue una oportunidad fantástica para acercarse a la naturaleza y aprender sobre ella en su hábitat. Nuestro guía turístico, Carlos, fue informativo y maravilloso, y sabe cómo pasar un buen rato. El viaje en barco fue lleno de acontecimientos y el crucero fue simplemente genial, definitivamente regresaría para el crucero a Whitehaven la próxima vez.

It takes about an hour and a half by boat to reach the activity area. There's no time limit for snorkeling, and lunch and afternoon tea are provided on board, all-you-can-eat. The boat also offers waterproof camera rental for 68 AUD. At the end, you can take the memory card with you. The deep diving experience was also great, with an instructor holding your hand, haha. Many beautiful photos were taken.
