It was convenient to be able to tour the city without luggage and then travel to the airport. The vehicle pickup arrived exactly at the reserved time, and I received a WhatsApp message upon arrival. The pickup at the airport seemed to have arrived earlier than scheduled and was waiting. We arrived at the airport 30 minutes before our reservation time and were able to find it right away. I am satisfied.

For bicycle travelers, bicycle delivery from the city to the airport was one of the biggest concerns until I encountered Klook's airport delivery service. I was so grateful for how kindly Frank, the person in charge, treated me. Please use this service often if you're coming to Barcelona~

The delivery driver did not wear an orange vest and drove a different car model to what I was told to expect, hence the driver left after waiting in the hotel lobby - we did not realise that person was him. He reported that he called my number however I had told Luggit/LuggAgent to contact me via Whatsapp as I did not have roaming on. Fortunately I contacted Whatsapp and the driver returned shortly afterwards. I was most pleased with the luggage collection at the airport later that evening - I arrived 90 min earlier than planned but my request for an early time was accommodated on the spot - so 60 min earlier than the scheduled time, allowing us to check-in early and pass through security to explore the airport, luggage-free. The second delivery driver also messaged and called me via Whatsapp as he was approaching the airport.

This service is very convenient and also delivers on time. It allows you to travel around Barcelona hands-free and worry-free, and there's also a dedicated app to track your luggage status.

I reserved the luggage transfer for my bags with Klook from Barcelona airport to our Air bnb. I paid the fee of £70. Klook then subcontracted the service to Luggit. Luggit then asked for a further $25 to deliver to an Air BnB. Apparently, they only transfer to hotels normally. I tried to cancel the Klook order. It was 48 hours before the departure, but the website wouldn't allow it. So, I reluctantly paid the $25 extra fee. Klook then sent me instructions for dropping off my bags at Barcelona Airport on arrival. They were completely incorrect. Luggit does not collect from the left luggage office in the airport. It has a curbside pickup from the departures area. I didn't find this out until I arrived at the airport. I got a WhatsApp from Luggit saying the driver would only wait 15 mins from the pickup time. So I had to dash upstairs from arrivals with two trolleys of bags. Super stressful. Just made it. But then when the delivery was dues, Klook had given Luggit the wrong address.

LuggAgent's communication before and during the service was quick and efficient. The instructions for luggage drop-off were very clear and in Chinese, making it easy to understand even for those not proficient in English. Their website even provides detailed explanations on how to communicate with hotel reception for drop-off and how to fill out authorization forms, which truly gives the impression of a professional and dedicated international service company. Drivers are required to verify luggage with photos provided by the customer and the storage receipt before collecting it from the hotel, making it highly unlikely for luggage to fall into the wrong hands, which is very reassuring. However, I must apologize for my mistake this time; I misremembered the appointment time and slightly adjusted my itinerary without notifying them, which unfortunately led to a wasted service and a fruitless trip for the driver 😳. Therefore, the lesson I learned from this painful experience is that drivers strictly adhere to the scheduled pick-up time. So, even if you check out early, do not book too early; simply book for the hotel's official check-out time (like 11 AM or 12 PM). This way, you won't put yourself under pressure and will have the flexibility to adjust your itinerary. The second point is that when booking, you'll most likely provide your domestic contact information. Remember to update LuggAgent's customer service with your local temporary mobile number once you arrive at your destination (they do provide a Line ID, but it wasn't very useful). This is crucial so that the driver can reach you if any issues arise!

I was worried because there were no Korean reviews, but it was so good. I had trouble after entering the wrong number, but the counselor contacted me separately via KakaoTalk to resolve it and even confirmed the delivery before leaving work. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! It's super convenient! You don't have to drag your luggage around before check-in. Given the frequent safety issues in Europe, it's better to use a professional service – and they are very punctual!
