It was a bit difficult to find the check-in location, but call assistance was kind and helpful. The boat matched the pictures, and the guide was energetic and fun throughout the tour. Unfortunately, the Klook confirmation voucher and QR code were not accepted at check-in. The staff in charge was notably unfriendly. As an Asian woman alone, I presented the voucher, which clearly included all relevant details in English — the tour name, booking number, and my name. Yet the staff repeatedly asked, “Is this Chinese?” and refused to check the system, instead insisting I state the operator’s name. I was left waiting for several minutes as I tried to provide the operator’s name, only for the booking to be confirmed immediately with just the guest name upon the arrival of my male companions. It was an unpleasant and discriminatory experience. I would not recommend this tour.
It's just okay. Not as great as expected.
No compre este pase en Klook. Es 10-11 USD más caro aquí. El tour se realiza en un barco común donde el instructor habla tanto español como inglés. Klook me cobró un dinero extra de 20-22 USD por el tour en inglés.

Most times, price differences may simply be due to daily exchange rate fluctuations (especially if you're buying in a different currency). I arrived late during my trip. It was difficult to get in touch to change my schedule, and they asked me to pay extra for the change. In the end, they said the reservations were full and offered another day. It was terrible... I lost all my money. How can I make a reservation for another day while I'm still on my trip? It was the worst travel experience.
