Fue una gran experiencia disfrutar de los animales salvajes. Al principio, no pudimos encontrar un manatí en la zona de aguas cristalinas, pero el líder del tour siguió intentándolo para asegurarse de que no nos decepcionaríamos. ¡Finalmente lo vimos! Hubo un pequeño error en el horario del conductor. Nos llevó al tour de caimanes salvajes (lo cual no estaba en el plan). ¡Todos en el grupo decidieron pagar extra por esta actividad y nos encantó!

The guides for the Manatee tour were very knowledgeable about the Manatee’s whereabouts. We managed to catch sight of about 2-3 of them despite the conditions! They were very accommodating and caring towards my baby who tagged along for the trip as well. It was an enjoyable experience :)

This was an absolutely amazing experience! We were picked up punctually in a comfortable minibus with a knowledgeable driver. When we got to Crystal River, we went to Bird's Underwater dive shop to hire wetsuits. The shop was lovely, with loads of great souvenirs at reasonable prices. Once we were ready, we got on a boat and went a little way, to an area where there weren't any other boats at all. The guys on the boat knew all about the best places to see manatees, and sure enough some appeared, and once we were in the water, we saw more and more of them, swimming all around us. We snorkeled for about an hour with the manatees; it was amazing, especially because we were just nine people, and there was nobody else around at all, so we had the manatees all to ourselves. Flotation devices were provided so you didn't have to be a strong swimmer, and the water was very warm because it's heated by hot springs. Afterwards we were given hot chocolate on the boat, before returning to shore. A large packed lunch was provided, and we were dropped off at Homosassa Wildlife State Park, a small zoo showcasing local wildlife. This was very interesting, and we had plenty of time to look at everything before it was time to get back on the bus to Orlando. I highly recommend this tour, it was everything I hoped for!

You can have the rare experience of meeting manatees, which are unusual to see anywhere else in the world. Unfortunately, the water conditions were poor and we couldn't see clearly, but the guide was polite and the tour went smoothly, which was great!

Manatees are so cute! 😍 The overall itinerary, transfers, and time planning were all very well arranged.

The description stated that breakfast and lunch were included, but I found out they weren't. Klook was unwilling to issue a refund or offer reasonable compensation! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied!
