Our guide possessed incredibly rich historical knowledge of Tasmania. His exceptional storytelling skills vividly brought the past to life, and his captivating voice and humor kept us engaged throughout. At each stop, he offered excellent personalized recommendations that greatly enhanced our experience.

We had a awesome day with our tour guide Heather. She truly loves the nature and have lots of information to share. Kudos to the safe driving too. The tours were well timed. We don’t feel rushed. We loved the Unzoo experience, Port Arthur can be half an hour longer perhaps but after all the walking it’s a good full day experience.

Although the strong winds at the mountain top in the morning made me disheveled, the day's itinerary was still perfect. Port Arthur is beautiful and historically significant, offering a great experience. The experience at UNZOO was even better, scoring a perfect 100 – the kangaroos here are very active, not lazy at all, and feeding them felt like interacting with pets, which was wonderful. You can also see staff feeding Tasmanian devils, who are equally active and make their iconic "devilish" calls. Additionally, you can feed wild birds. The tour guide was very enthusiastic throughout, and overall, it was a 100-point trip.

The itinerary was very rich, including visits to the geological landscapes along the way, representative animals at the zoo, personally feeding kangaroos and birds, an afternoon visit to the Port Arthur World Heritage site, and a detour to the small town of Richmond. The group size was small, and the tour bus provided direct pick-up and drop-off outside the hotel. The tour guide was very responsible; in addition to driving, he continuously explained the history and culture of Tasmania along the way and attended to the needs of every group member. Highly recommended.

The tour guide arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up, starting a wonderful day. Throughout the journey, the guide meticulously introduced each attraction, and the schedule was ample, allowing us to explore thoroughly.

The driver and tour guide were witty and humorous. We traveled directly from the north to the south, saving on transportation costs. Thumbs up. However, if the weather is bad, nothing can be done.
