This trip used the Chishang rental and Yuli return service. At one point, due to heavy rain, I temporarily discussed with the staff whether I could change to returning the car in Chishang, taking a train to Yuli, and then renting a car there. The staff also helped with the arrangements. Thank you for their service. The car rental office at Chishang Station is right next to the station. The car return location at Yuli Station is a bit more secluded but still just outside Yuli Station. It's recommended to call and confirm the staff's closing time before renting and returning the car, as it might differ slightly from Google's hours. The car condition was okay, and the phone holder was very useful. Aside from only being able to choose a half-helmet, which was a bit inconvenient given the changing weather in Hualien and Taitung, the rest of the rental experience was good. Recommended.

The car was in excellent condition and easy to ride. The shop was also accommodating when I had to change my itinerary last minute and cancel the A-to-B rental. They have a whole cabinet of helmets to choose from. I will definitely choose this shop again next time.

For our Eastern Taiwan trip, we chose to rent a car in Chishang and return it in Taitung. It was very convenient as we could pick up and drop off the car right outside the train station, and the vehicle was well-maintained.

The first time I rented a scooter in Chishang, I hit the jackpot! The owner's enthusiastic explanation beforehand put me completely at ease. I also learned that Klook's Chishang scooter rental partners with two different shops, and the mileage limit mentioned in some reviews is for the other one. Thank you to the owner for accommodating my train schedule and letting me pick up the scooter at 5:00 AM. The scooter was very new and easy to ride, with very low mileage. Coupled with the clean, brand-new helmet, it made me feel very happy. I'm truly a fan now, and I'll rent from them every time in the future! They also have locations in Chishang, Fugang Fishing Port, and Taitung Station, allowing you to rent in one place and return in another, which is absolutely fantastic! 👍

I came to the shop and had to wait a little bit to pick up the scooter, but the staff was quite friendly. The shop is located right next to the station.

The scooter model provided on-site was not the originally booked Jinghao 6th generation, which was a bit disappointing. I hope that in the future, the agreed-upon model can be provided. However, the ability to store luggage at the shop and rent a scooter immediately after exiting the train station is indeed convenient!

Online car booking is convenient, but I'm not sure if it's cheaper than renting on-site. The car's performance didn't feel particularly good, and there's a mileage limit for a one-day rental.

Due to personal reasons, I booked the wrong date. The staff at the store and the customer service representatives calmly and patiently handled my issue, which made me feel very reassured. Remember to double-check your booking before confirming, so you don't make the same mistake as me ☺️. Picking up the vehicle was also very convenient. After exiting the station, it was right next door (the restroom was also nearby). The Chishang Train Station is beautiful ❤️. I rode a scooter all around Chishang and also booked a wonderful guesthouse. The souvenirs were also lovely, making the initial small hiccup a perfect start to a beautiful trip 😍. Next time I travel to Chiayi, I will also use Klook to book; it's convenient and easy to use.
