Cruise & staff are fantastic... boarding time lot of crowd and confusion.. it starts from pier 4 at icon siam .. many people jostling with each other to get the tickets.. that's the main negative point ..Food & entertainment on the board is very good ..

Overall experience was worthwhile & memorable for the buffet dinner on the Alangka cruise. Value for money. Good pointers: • attended by a server guy named "Dear", who served us the meals without troubling my elderly parents to walk up the open deck numerous times. • Food variety was good and seafood was fresh. Areas to improve: • more information on the Pier 2 and Pier 4 would be useful. Almost missed the cruise due to lack of signage. • steps inside the cruise are high, so it might need to state for participants to take heed, especially those traveling with elderly. • Need to arrive earlier because the Traffic into IconSiam is very bad. However, arriving too early also means there's no seats and hence need to stand until boarding time.

It was a seamless boarding experience. If you book late or on the same day, your table will be assigned farthest from the stage. The food is okay; bland food needs seasoning. I enjoyed the fruits the most. Employees were nice, and they refilled the food immediately, so you don't need to rush and be a food warrior once the buffet starts.

It was raining the day we went, but it was still a good experience. I asked for the birthday cake and they immediately prepared it with birthday greetings and a song. The food is actually good too. A must-try.

It was a great Christmas Day experience. There were 3 floors and you were allocated a table/seat number, which was good as there were many people. The entertainment was great, from a traditional Thai dance to a singer who also took song requests. The food was buffet style and yummy. The scenery on the boat was great, as was the amazing firework display.

Everything was okay, but what you pay for the buffet excludes drinks. If you want a refillable drink at your table, you need to pay. Otherwise, you can ask for plain water, which is free.

Such a wonderful night! We were there for my baby sister's birthday celebration 🫶🏻. Thank you, team, for the birthday songs and cake 🍰. I loved all the menu items! ❤️ Fresh seafood!

We went on Christmas Eve, and there were so many people. We queued for a long time, and it was very chaotic. We didn't know where to exchange tickets, and after exchanging them, we didn't know where to queue to board the boat. We had to ask each person individually. The organizer's arrangements in this regard were really inadequate. The scenery was beautiful, but the food was not great. We sat on the A15, which is on the top deck, offering a complete view of the scenery and the cold wind. Those who are sensitive to cold should bring scarves and jackets. You board at Iconsiam and can choose to disembark at Asiatique. It was a good experience overall!

Beautiful and magnificent, the boat was very stable. The views of both sides of the Chao Phraya River were stunning. It was exciting when the boat passed under the bridges because I had a seat on the boat's deck.👍👍
