had a blast, staff gave well fitting skates, we had a cute seal 🦭 skating-aid which my lover could also sit on if she's tired and I can skate-push her, lots of kids going round at 10-12pm session so have to b careful, some pros practicing their twirls too. overall facilities are great, got lockers to keep your things (FOC), ice is v smooth with some minor bumps here and there, music is not too loud but maybe can improve on the playlist? staff v friendly and helpful, coaches also nice and keeping an eye out. overall a pleasant and fun experience!

Pengalaman yang menyeronokkan dan baharu. Harga tiket juga berpatutan dan akan lebih cepat. Saya juga terus mendapat tiket melalui e-mel. Jika anda ingin menjimatkan lebih banyak wang, bawa stokin dan sarung tangan anda sendiri. Harga sarung tangan adalah RM7 jadi lebih baik beli di kedai lain. Setakat ini saya sangat berpuas hati.

Basically, the ice skating rink is a very customer service-oriented place. We brought our 6-year-old boy there and he really enjoyed it a lot. The skating rink staff are constantly helping people who don't skate well.

Tidak buruk jika Anda tidak memiliki rencana keluarga lain di JB, terutama jika Anda menuju ke Paradigm Mall. Hanya ada 1 konter yang buka dan butuh waktu lama bagi mereka untuk mengatasi antrean. Sebaiknya tiba 15-20 menit lebih awal. Akan mempertimbangkan lagi di masa mendatang.

Both children and adults enjoy the ice skating session so much. It's a great and fantastic experience for everyone. The redemption of online booking through Klook was superb and easy. Recommended to book through Klook if you are planning to visit here :)

Booked via klook but realised that u cannot directly enter with klook voucher. still need to go thru counter to exchange for the entrance tickets, which is bummer cuz we arrived with long queue, strangely for a weekday morning. nonetheless, it was still a fun experience. the skates were a little old which hurt my feet but other than that my children enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
