Tour Gastronômico Noturno a Pé em Hoi An

Emma was so kind, and it was great to learn about local history while enjoying the local foods! The white rose is a must!!! And the banh mi place... their homemade salsa is something... it is the most tasty salsa I've ever had through Indonesia and Singapore and Vietnam... The tour ended with heavy rain and flooding all over the river and a road but it was so fun! It's good for solo travelers too!

I was the only one who had made a reservation, and I was informed that the tour could not be conducted. However, it was switched to a private tour and proceeded. Our guide, Jackie, provided extensive explanations about the dishes and shops, and she answered all my questions in detail, especially regarding topics I was interested in. Although it was a walking tour, the itinerary was well-planned, so it didn't feel like we walked that much. Eating local food at authentic local shops, not just tourist-oriented ones, was a very valuable experience. Additionally, after the meal, there was a boat ride and a bingo game, making the tour packed with activities and very enjoyable.

Make sure you come hungry, the food was amazing. Emma was great and very informative. We ended the night with a lantern boat trip, and then a bingo game that was very interesting and fun.

Wonderful food and even better guide! Our walking food tour in Hoi An was amazing! The food was delicious—especially the white rose dumplings and Vietnamese pancakes—but what made the experience truly special was our guide, Jackie. She was very nice, insightful, and thoughtful throughout the tour. You could tell she’s genuinely connected with the local vendors and community, which made every stop feel authentic and personal. We’re already thinking of bringing other family members and our kids next time!

Nancy fue increíble, nos dio mucha información y la comida estuvo excelente, fue tanta que no pude terminar todo. El juego al final fue divertido y mi esposo terminó ganando. Recomiendo mucho este tour.

Our local guide Nancy was very knowledgeable about the tour. She explained to us very well about all the history of the foods and even recommended us about the best places in Hoi An. I enjoyed the Bingo a lot, it was fun. And the boat was spectacular. I highly recommend this food tour. Thank you

My local food guide Jackie did an amazing job! She was so patient with us and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way! We ate white rose dumplings, banh mi, cao lao (yellow noodles with pork), com ga (steamed chicken rice), viet coffee, banh xeo (pancake), nem lui (skewered pork) and fried spring rolls. She shared many interesting stories about Hoi An, Da Nang and the history behind each shop that we ate in. After our grub, Jackie led us through a few interesting shortcuts to get to the river for a short boat ride and bought us a lantern each to let go. We ended the night with the local bingo game which was lots of fun but unfortunately did not get to takeaway a win 😅 nevertheless, the whole experience was really nice and this tour was the highlight of my Hoi An trip! This was the main highlight of my Hoi An trip! It was fun, and I got to try Vietnamese dishes I wouldn't have known about. Jackie was very accommodating and genuine in telling us about each dish. I definitely recommend it!

Afterward, we took a peaceful boat ride to release lanterns, creating a serene, unforgettable moment and played a Vietnamese Bingo game. A perfect blend of flavor, culture, and reflection. Highly recommended!
