Những chiếc xe được sử dụng cũng sạch sẽ và là những mẫu xe khá mới (Innova, Avanza, MUX) với không gian để chân rộng rãi và chỗ để hành lý phía sau. The day before, I contacted them via chat, and they arrived earlier than scheduled, allowing our family of four to enjoy a comfortable tour. My niece, who is in her third year of middle school, loves visiting historical sites like museums and ancient castles, so I chose this tour after some consideration, and I think it was an excellent decision. ♡Advantages of a Private Car (with driver) Rental Tour: 1. No worries about luggage - It was early July and incredibly hot, but the palaces and royal tombs were so wonderful that I wondered what I would have done if I hadn't visited them. I prepared frozen water and drinks in a cooler for the heat, and since it was our private vehicle, we could leave everything in the car and tour lightly, which was even better. 2. At our own pace - We weren't constrained by time; we could freely explore, and when we finished, we'd contact them via chat to meet again and move on, which was truly convenient. I had planned and informed them of the tour locations and dining spots in advance, and they moved according to our itinerary, making the sightseeing feel very fulfilling! 3. Just us - While a group join-in tour would be much cheaper, it wouldn't allow us to move according to our desired time and route, would it? Also with meals... For the parts where guide explanations were lacking, I prepared materials in Korea beforehand, made an explanation booklet, and distributed it to my family (?), and I studied up a bit myself. Plus, there were places with Korean audio guides available at each location. At the palace and some royal tombs, I got one of those for my niece to carry around and explain things. Although we were tired from a full day of touring that we planned ourselves, the driver safely handled the long-distance driving, picked us up and dropped us off anywhere, and came running with just a chat message, making the trip fulfilling and enjoyable. I highly recommend it! ♡

Because we were traveling with children, our family of four booked a five-seater private car. We traveled from Da Nang to Hai Van Pass, then to Co Ling Bay, and finally to Hue to visit the Imperial City. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the driver's car was very comfortable. The restaurant the driver recommended for lunch was delicious and affordable; four dishes for four people only cost 255,000 VND. When traveling with children, I truly recommend booking a private car. You can go wherever you want, whenever you want. We didn't leave until 9 AM, and although we only saw the Imperial City in Hue, the scenery along the way was breathtaking. We explored the Imperial City at our leisure and were completely satisfied, without the need to rush with a tour group.

We used this service to go to Hue because our child is small. A few days before, an operator contacted us to confirm our destination. When I requested to eat Cơm Hến for lunch, they recommended a great restaurant. It was delicious. Our driver, Hùng, was very kind, and the entire itinerary went smoothly. He even held my child's hand and helped us cross the road, for which I am incredibly grateful. Thank you so much. The car charter was excellent, and I highly recommend using it.

Highly recommend for family with kids and elderly parents. We had super time with our two days trip. The tour operator contacted us on WhatsApp a few days in advance and asked about our itinerary list. The operator also suggested us to best fit with our schedule. The driver was in time and helped us a lot on navigation to ticket booth and entry. I suggest to buy entry tickets online as it made us more convenient on day 02. Driver speaks limited English but we could easily communicate on text. You can stop by anytime and go with your own pace. We chose Danang City tour and Hoi An evening tour on Day 01 and Hue on Day 02.

A very happy experience overall; from the confirmation made by Trang Thuy (Jackie) to our full day driver Hung Huy. Me and my family were well taken care of during the trip from Da Nang to Linh Ung Pagoda, to Marble Mountain and Hoi An and back to Da Nang. We were driven into several places for find Banh Mi (as requested) on the first Lunar New Year in Vietnam, was introduced to a restaurant with what Hung says – the best chicken rice in Hoi An. Sadly because it is the first day of Lunar New Year 2025, Banh Mi shops are closed but we still managed to find a Banh Mi Street vendor that offers an excellent Banh Mi. We did not stop there, having described the other restaurant as serving the best Chicken Rice in Hoi An, we went there, and we were awed by the excellent taste of it. All because of our driver who provides meaningful suggestions to what his customer needs. Hung drives very defensively and carefully, find ways to go around and avoid traffic jam. Had a good time talking while driving and did his very best to explain to us many things in his own way. We don’t expect him to speak good English, but we appreciate so much as he tried his very best. Before the scheduled time, he has already introduced himself, was earlier than scheduled and patiently waited for us. The car condition is excellent. I’d give five stars to the driver and to this tour arrangement. We are blessed this day. This tour arrangement is highly recommended to anyone.

During our one-day custom tour to Hue booked through Klook, we had the flexibility to select four destinations to explore in Hue. Our driver, Mr. Hung, skillfully guided us to the following locations: from the hotel to Lap An Lagoon, then to the Hue Citadel for a visit, followed by lunch, a stop at Thien Mu Pagoda, Khai Dinh Tomb, and finally back to the hotel. Mr. Hung's excellent driving skills and his detour through Hai Van Pass for capturing scenic shots enhanced our experience. Moreover, his proficiency in English was beneficial as he assisted us in locating a vegetarian restaurant in Hue.

Mr Linh was our driver for Day 1 and Day 3. The rides were all smooth and we hit the mark on all the placed we wanted to visit in Da Nang, Hoi An and Hue. We do need to use the English translater and WhatsApp to communicate. Overall i'd recommend this - it's free and easy, i came up with places i wanted to go and the trip coordinator helped to review and make some modifications based on what's available on that day/time. Driver is on time, car is clean, ride is smooth and comfortable.

Nice tour, the guide is good but the walk ard marble mountain is quite tedious, a lot of steps, not suitable for old people
