We booked the Osaka Family Day Tour and met Khalid El Barraq in our hotel lobby as our tour guide. WOW, Khalid put together a custom itinerary that catered to my love of history and culture and also managed to keep my 11-year-old son engaged with his love of food, anime, and excitement! With Khalid's knowledge of Osaka and its complex mazes of trains and subways, we got to see everything and more in Osaka. We ate amazing food, learned some history, traveled by boat, foot, and train, did some shopping, and saw a view of Osaka from the second tallest building in Japan. He taught us about Japan's culture and customs along the way. Then, like a true gentleman, he walked us to our hotel door. We cannot thank him enough for making our stay in Osaka truly memorable. If you can book Khalid... you're in for a great day around Osaka...

Our tour guide, Fumiko, was excellent. She provided us with valuable information about the places we visited. She also took us to a fantastic coffee shop and an amazing Okonomiyaki restaurant.

Maria is a kind and knowledgeable person; she showed us around the city. I'm happy she took us to see all those wonderful places Osaka has. I recommend her 100%.

Fumiko came to our hotel to meet us and planned a tour around our very diverse set of interests which include pop culture, architecture and coffee. Fumiko was understanding when we wanted to spend more time inside due to the heat and humidity. Thank you Fumiko!

Alex was fantastic. He was very good with the kids and super flexible to their ever-changing needs. He also had a lot of knowledge about locations and culture, which made for some great conversation for the adults.
