kampung Ayer was beautiful and it was such an experience. I was travelling with my 2 sons, mother & mother-in-law (both has slight difficulties with walking).. Faisal was helpful in handling them. He shared so much on Brunei and kept entertaining us. Faisal was such a character and I bet anyone would enjoy his tour!!

Itinerary: I really enjoyed this trip. Our guide, May, arrived early at the hotel to pick us up. During the tour, the guide provided very detailed explanations and was also excellent at taking photos.

The water village tour was amazing. It was a great experience to visit one of the village houses to learn about the culture and taste the local food. We were lucky that our tour guide was May Tang again; being with her meant there was never a dull moment during our tour.

Our guide, Mr Fendi, made the trip more memorable with all the information he shared. Tip: dont book on Fridays because museums are closed - we were not able to visit the gallery.

The guide was very patient and thorough in explaining the water village culture and history during the tour. It was a nice experience!

Our tour was smooth, informative, and full of great photo opportunities. The highlight of the trip was definitely our tour guide, May. She was friendly, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about Brunei’s history and culture. May made sure everyone felt comfortable and even threw in a few fun facts and local stories that gave the tour a more personal touch. She had a great sense of humor too — which made the whole experience feel like an adventure with a local friend. If you’re visiting Brunei, don’t skip the Water Village tour — and if you can, request May as your guide. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the country and maybe a few laughs along the way!

Overall, it was a great tour, and since it was on our very first day, it gave us a wonderful introduction to Brunei in general. Everything was very easy and smooth. The guide was both knowledgeable and friendly, and our 11-year-old child really enjoyed it as well.

Many thanks to our guide Mr. Lim. He was very warm-hearted and welcoming during the tour. He also took us to several extra spots on the way back to the hotel.

最初に悪い点を言うと、事務所は無能です。ツアーは2：15からのはずなのに、私の方にメールで「3：15にホテルで集合」と連絡がありました。返信で「3：15で本当に正しいのか」と書いたのに返信はありませんでした。おかしいと思ったのでホテル近くから離れないようにしながら散策していたところ、現地ガイドから連絡があり「現地ガイドの方には2：15で集合と連絡が来ている」とのこと。なお、ツアーが終わった翌日になって事務局からは「14：15です」と訂正がありました。事務局は無能です。 しかし、現地ガイドはとても親切で有能、素晴らしい方でした。すべてのことに機転が利き、臨機応変な対応をしてくれました。本当にとても感謝しています。素晴らしいガイドでした。現地ガイドは素晴らしかったです。 ツアー内容もとてもよかった。ホテルに迎えに来てくれてボート乗り場まで車。そこからボートに乗って水上集落に行き、水上集落を歩きながら集落についての様々を教えてもらいました。そして観光用の民家でお茶とお菓子をたくさん食べて、民家の中を見学し、また集落を少し歩いてボートで戻り、ホテルまで車で送ってもらいます。過不足なく素晴らしい内容でした。 ガイドさんの有能ぶりも含めて、素晴らしいツアーでした。
