I didn't take this ropeway, but I experienced the Togendai Owakudani ropeway. It was so beautiful. Please make sure you are booking the correct one. I booked via Klook, and it was a different pass, so I ended up buying the tickets again at the location, which caused me a huge loss.

The weather was good, so I immediately bought cable car tickets on Klook. It was very convenient to buy and use them right away! Along the way, you can see the beautiful views of Lake Lucerne, definitely worth a visit!

You can enjoy various spectacular views both while riding the ropeway and after arriving. You can see the beautiful base of Mount Fuji, Lake Ashi, and even Suruga Bay! You can also reach the summit of Mount Komagatake. Please note that this ropeway seems to be suspended until mid-March.

The ropeway takes you very high up the mountain. You can see the entire Lake Ashi. It's very beautiful, and if the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji. I recommend trying it at least once.

Arrived on a weekday afternoon, not too many people. The scenery is beautiful. It was 30 degrees Celsius at the foot of the mountain and 18 degrees Celsius at the top. Allow about 1 hour for the entire trip!

The ropeway round trip to the peak was wonderful in itself. The views from the top were also amazing. One can see all the way to Tokyo and on clear days, Mount Fuji and the ocean.
