I bought the 1-for-1 deal, so it was super worth it. However, the booking process is difficult due to the limited slots available. Additionally, redeeming the voucher was very hard and confusing for me because they kept going back and forth. I don't think they have been trained or even notified about the offer, which caused a lot of wasted time for them to get it right.

The massage therapist is well trained. They accurately and precisely address the aching areas. However, if you opt for cupping, expect to have marks, so wear a cover-up shirt when you go there. For me, the marks took 2 weeks to fade. After the massage, expect them to hard-sell packages for you to buy.

The therapist was skilled. However, the sales staff were very pushy at the end, aggressively trying to sell their packages, otherwise it would have been fine.
