The seating in the bus was clean and comfortable. Despite being only the two of us, the bus operator was friendly and made the effort to explain the itinerary to us. The dim sum meal was really delicious. A small challenge that we faced was to eat when the bus was turning on the road. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

On December 22nd, we had a lot of fun at Disneyland, enjoying Frozen and riding the Disney subway. As we were about to get off the escalator to transfer, my skirt got caught, which was very surprising and embarrassing. Then, an angel-like person appeared, lifted me up, and thanks to them, no one was hurt, and we were able to return to the hotel without incident. I only managed to shout "Thank you" a few times before the subway arrived, and they got on and left, so I couldn't properly express my gratitude. They just left. I am truly, truly grateful. Please include this story in your reviews. We traveled from South Korea. I want to express my sincere thanks to this person, even though I don't know what country they are from or who they are. Thank you.

We rode on the second floor of a double-decker bus, the view was great! We saw bridges, the lake near Disney Park, and so on. The dim sum and desserts were delicious, the portions were good, and the food was served right on the go! It was like a cafe on wheels. Everyone stared at the bus and the few passengers because the bus was an advertisement for some Asian pop idol's tour.

We enjoyed the tour. The guide and the driver were very accommodating and gracious to our needs during and before the tour. The food was all very delicious; we loved it so much. We will come back and do the crystal bus tour again with a different set of groups and friends. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend trying this tour out! It was an easy way to get around HK. The bus is easy to spot, they also leave on time so no waiting. The dimsum is DIVINE! You'll really feel full after the first set. You also get to stop over a few parks to take pretty pictures of. Then before going back to drop off, there's also dessert to try! One of the best parts of my HK trip ☺️

The driver and guide were very polite, and the environment was clean. There weren't many people that day, so I had plenty of time to take photos of every corner of the bus. The only downside was that the stop at Inspiration Lake was too short; we had to head back after just one loop. Eating on the bus was a bit shaky, but the meal portion was satisfying, and the mochi dessert was delicious. It would be even better if the meal box design allowed us to take it home as a souvenir.

Only 2 days left, so we arranged the Crystal Bus (because it only operates on weekends). It's quite nice to enjoy a meal while touring Hong Kong, and there are two stops where you can get off and explore. These spots are more suburban, and regular transportation wouldn't be able to reach them smoothly.

This was my first time on the Crystal Bus, and the decor was beautiful, with comfortable seating. The Chinese dim sum meal provided was ample, hot, and delicious. We could sightsee along the bus route, and it was well-arranged to allow us to get off and take photos or visit various attractions. The whole experience was fun and enjoyable.

The Crystal Bus is beautiful and perfect for photos. The staff are polite and provide clear explanations. However, it rained on the day, which deducted a small amount from the overall experience. Overall, I am very satisfied. It would be even better if the journey were longer.
